Upon walking in the doors and up to the front desk a gentleman (Andreas),hope I spelled that correctly but he welcomed me in and asked if I have an appointment. I said yes and immediately he began helping check me in. He helped with my registration because I couldn't get it to work. He was kind, professional and patient. I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone always takes the time to write a bad review, but why not a good one? Thank your for being so quick and efficient!

Went in because of throat pain, with a confirmed case of strep already in my household. Requested a new swab when the doctor came in 20 min later seemingly in a rush, that test came back positive. Went back a week later while still on antibiotics because the throat pain came back. Was left in the room for about 30 min when the place was not busy at all, and when the doctor came in he was instantly incredibly dismissive and once again, seemingly in a rush. Took about a 1 second look at my throat and chalked it up to allergies. No re-test, no discussion, just in and out in under 2 minutes total, didn't even hear what I had to say about my symptoms. Safe to say I will not be back to this particular urgent care. Horrible service, waste of time

She's young but her body is a prison because of multiple sclerosis. Even with 40 hours of at-home nursing care a week, we couldn't do it anymore. She has no strength at all, and we had to do everything for her, everything. It was time. She was distressed, in grief, heartbroken. And it was hard. But the people here made her feel pretty good. She saw that it wasn't a prison. She had the freedom to go where she wanted in her electric wheelchair. She spent her first night in the family room watching her favorite Red Sox on a big screen! Everyone was so nice here. Just stellar. They understood. It will take some time, but I think she'll be happy. This really is a great place. It's clean and large and there is so much to do! It's like a mini resort. Thanks, Rockingham, for making Ma feel welcomed. It meant a lot to us.

But if they are late we have to sit there and suck it?? I understand that appointments can run late but in order to get here today for a sick visit I had to fly out to work and accept the first and only appointment they had! Now I am here and they are trying to get me to reschedule?? Hello? I just drove over 40 minutes to get here and I live even further to go home! Abide by the same rule you have for us! Get help or manage your time better! Also if I were to say I need to cancel for whatever reason, they would charge me a cancellation fee.... but they are trying to get me to leave and come back??? For what? So she can catch up and then fall behind again? So I can sit there, sick and wait another 30-40 minutes? Nope this is not ok. We will be changing doctors after today for sure!
