Callie was easy she loved everyone, Lucy was the test of acceptance she's disliked the vet after her first office visit. We literally had to carry/drag her into the building, then she would hide behind the furnishings, it was so heartbreaking. We changed vets, no go. We asked Dr.J, if she would give us a try, Lucy was a little afraid, but each time she's shown improvement. I believe that's been about 6+ years ago. We really like Dr.J, and her staff. She's well worth the wait!!
