Our meet and greet was great and I felt fully confident having them in our home and spending time with our kitties. They let us know what they needed and made everything super easy! Every day we were sent a summary of the visit with photos. Two of our cats are much more outgoing and warmed up to them very quickly. They played, got brushed, and were clearly very well cared for! I was really impressed with how they cared for my cat Hutch. He's very shy so they only saw him a couple of times, but made sure to let us know that he was eating and using his litterbox. I really appreciate that they didn't hunt him down and make him uncomfortable. He gets bad dandruff when he's stressed out and when I came back he was completely dandruff-free! We would definitely work with Lindsay Loves Pets again!

I am 100% understanding if you simply cannot take on any more work load. However, the rude, condescending, unsolicited advice is not necessary. While true, I don't need to be told that the puppy we're not getting (we are rehoming a 3 year old dog) needs to be crate trained and that we need to accommodate time for the puppy (again, not getting a puppy but this was assumed) to get used to its new home. This is common sense as an adult... If you cannot render services to any additional inquiring potential customers, my suggestion is to thank them for their inquiry and advise that you have to POLITELY decline being hired as you do not have the capacity for new customers at this time. Then refrain from talking to their person like they are uneducated and lacking common sense and perhaps give a referral or start a waiting list.

Knowing Ann would be taking care of my pets when I was not home has been reassuring, and I would highly recommend the service.

After learning that this individual is also involved in training, I personally felt that this environment was no longer the best fit for my pet. I chose to remove my original one-star review because I felt it did not fairly reflect the owner, who was always kind and professional throughout my experience. My intention is not to place blame, but simply to share my perspective as a former client. I hope the business continues to do well, as the owner demonstrates professionalism and care.

I would highly recommend Pack of Paws for anyone planning to get a puppy and looking to start off training on the right paw. I have been going to Pack of Paws for about 2 months and have taken Puppy Kindergarten, attended Puppy play sessions, and am starting Blue Ribbon Obedience this week. I look forward to each class I attend because I learn something new every time and it is so fun! I've only worked with Matt and Morganne so I can only really reflect on these 2 trainers. A quick note, their facility is pretty large. The extra space to move around is great to ensure you're not bothering others and can move your dog around if needed. I took Puppy Kindergarten with Matt and have been going to puppy play sessions with Morganne. I am impressed with both Matt and Morganne. My experience with both trainers is professional, highly informative, and FUN! Both trainers are passionate and appreciate the nuances of training.
