They don't care about any of the kids that walk into that office. The receptionists are ridiculously rude to be sitting at a desk all day and don't get me started on the phone nurses. I believe the phone nurse I usually deal with is named "Dot" or something of the sort and she is the rudest person in health care that I have ever dealt with. You would think working in the medical industry with kids you would enjoy your job, but they all seem to hate it because they keep you on hold forever (hoping you will hang up is my guess) and the phone nurses do not care AT ALL if your kid is sick or not. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Please save yourself and your kids some time and go anywhere but here.

We've decided to leave because of a MILLION REASONS! So they decided to play dirty and tell the Pediatrician office to not accept us! Why did Kendra Colvin / Physician To Children send this to the new Doctors office pretty much telling them that I refused to vaccinate my baby on February 10, 2022, but decided after to vaccine in May??? Umm what was the purpose? My children are up to date on their shots! The only reason why I refused because I told her that I was scared, afraid, and having doubts after doing my own research, however, I ended up agreeing to get them even though I didn't feel comfortable doing so. Also, 4 months ago, I went off on them ( I have my reasons ), but we ended up talking about it after I went off and then I apologized, even though I shouldn't have. We moved past that incident. Why tell the new Doctors office that I was dismissed after that, why is you lying? You didn't dismissed me after that, I swear to God you didn't so why send this to the new office??? This is petty! Also, that time ( 4 months ago ) when I went off ( which I had every right to ) I went off on them by myself, why would you tell the new Pediatrician office that ( MOM AND DAD ) did this?? I told you I was depressed several times due to that and you suggested a COUNSELOR, so why try to use it against me??? For some reason, the issues that I called about 300 times while my children was there is not on file, but I see things about me on file???? Y'all just made because we left y'all office! The last straw to us leaving y'all office is because we waited 2 months on y'all sending a referral/ PA and y'all never sent it, so we finally left after dealing with a lot of crap! Reasons why we left 1. Office vists are 2-3 hours 2. Have to see a different Doctor each time 3. Y'all always say "go to the hospital" 4. Takes y'all months and months before y'all send stuff off. 5. I have called numerous times and nothing gets done! 6. It took y'all 1 year of complaining and my children busting their heads multiple times before y'all wrote a referral for a helmet. 7. Doctor never there 8. Etc etc etc etc etc etc etc! How you mad cause we tried to transfer to a new Pediatrician, so you tell them that I ain't want to Vaccinate back in February of 2022! as a new mom of my babies, you right I was scared, she used so much against me that I told her in confidential. I literately broke down crying several times because I was scared to vaccinate at first!!! I see she put "Postpartum Depression" several times on the records also, but y'all never put my concerns that I actually had for my children! I called so many times complaining of concerns, why that wasn't on file????? Then had the nerve to put this on page 1, because you wanted the new Pediatrician office to deny us! Also the emergency rooms keeps suggesting that I take the boys to a Pediatrician asap, but they have been without a Pediatrician. Usually when I take the boys to the 'emergency room for Asthma, they say "We don't specialize in children or take them to the Pediatrician or to Birmingham". My babies have been to Birmingham 1,000 times, I don't want to go back, unless it's a cure to all my children's problems. Also, every time we are waiting on a referral/ PA, etc, it usually takes them weeks and weeks before they respond!
