My daughter did not leave Dr. Brannon until she was 21 that is how much so loved her. She talks to you and the kids about anything and everything. I am sure during the Covid-19 epidemic it is harder to get into any doctors office but Dr. Brannon in that practice is exceptional and the staff is always as nice as can be. They don't care about any of the kids that walk into that office. The receptionists are ridiculously rude to be sitting at a desk all day and don't get me started on the phone nurses. I believe the phone nurse I usually deal with is named "Dot" or something of the sort and she is the rudest person in health care that I have ever dealt with. You would think working in the medical industry with kids you would enjoy your job, but they all seem to hate it because they keep you on hold forever (hoping you will hang up is my guess) and the phone nurses do not care AT ALL if your kid is sick or not. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Please save yourself and your kids some time and go anywhere but here.

We went back at her 18 month well visit to get caught and I was told by Cuomo that I have to get ALL the shots from 15 month and 18 month that day. I said absolutely not my baby is not getting that many shots at once. The doctor's overly nice attitude changed up real quick and told me that I would be kicked out of the clinic if I don't get them ALL, so I happily said okay I will take all 4 of my children out of your clinic and find a new dr. She rudely said good luck with finding a new dr I don't know anyone accepting patients. Well guess what.. I found a wonderful new Dr who was shocked they were going to force that many shots on my daughter and lets me pick my own schedule. They are more worried about getting their payout from the insurance company than the safety of your children. If shots aren't on time they don't get their huge payout. Please do your research bc these doctors don't have your children's best interest at heart. I am so happy I spoke up for my baby.
