Great Job all around. I took a chance with Asset Granite since they had so few reviews. I thought…read morethey must be new to the business and I wanted to support them. I find out that they have been heavily reviewed on Angie's List and have just started promoting their business on Yelp! Needless to say I was super impressed and happy with their customer service, quality of work and communication. They cut and installed granite counter tops, backsplashes and bars in 3 condos and did a beautiful job. Their prices were reasonable, they showed up when they said they would, they worked with me on any issues that came up and made sure I was happy. I am definitely going to use them again but I know with this level of quality and expertise that they are going to get busy! (Good for them! They deserve this success!)

Concrete Overlay, LLC did an amazing job on my small back porch. They came out on a Saturday to sand everything down and apply the first coat, then returned Sunday from about 8 to 1 to finish the coating. They even stopped by again on Tuesday just to check on the drying and make sure everything looked right. They worked around my schedule, were respectful the entire time, and my dogs absolutely loved them -- which says a lot. They're a small company, but their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The price was right, the process was smooth, and the results are fantastic. I'll be attaching before and after photos because the transformation speaks for itself. Highly recommend.

If I was writing this review after the initial process, it would have been a five-star rating as we…read morewere very pleased with the service and outcome. And a year or so later, when we had them back to perform some minor repair and resealing of our entryway and back patio, we remained very pleased with their service. However, we had additional areas that needed repair, and I initially reached out to them to fix these areas in late November (2024). I've been getting the runaround ever since, and to date, this repair has yet to be scheduled. I'm confident they will not be contacting me, as I forewarned them that they could look forward to a less than flattering Yelp review. So they digressed from what would have been a five-star review, down to a two-star review...caveat emptor.

Alta Vista that was built in 1967. He also replaced a couple of burned out electrical outlets. John was busy and we had to wait a couple days but he was worth the wait! These guys are very service oriented and know what they are doing. I learned the hard way after having a bad experience with a supposed licensed contractor from Craigslist. Arizona Electric is professional! I will always go back to them if in need of future work! John - at one point - had recommended the owners brother to do some interior work and he spilled varnish all over the garage floor. I was very unhappy with that recommendation and paid the guy he sent less money because of the damage from the varnish that could not be removed. John is such a kind guy he went ahead and paid the brother of the owner the rest of the invoice even though as a subcontractor he did not deserve it. I respect that he works to do good by everyone. And he certainly is a knowledgeable electrician! You pay more but you get more! Call them.

Early on one of the hottest days of the year, an emergency situation external to our property and…read morecaused by city construction left us without electricity. This company was able to respond fast, and they get 3 stars for fixing *most* of it fast. But I hired them to fix all of it, and I paid them over $2.5K for the half day of work. While they were here, when I went out to see what was happening, no one would talk much to me. I'm a woman homeowner and I've found that some companies have workers who talk to me as the intelligent human who hired them, and some haven't figured out how to do that. This company belongs to be the latter category. (No women were on their work team unless you count the receptionist, unsurprisingly.) After they left some of the lights still weren't (and still aren't) working. I left a polite phone message asking for them to come check it out, and quickly got an email - not a phone call - in reply. The email said they will not come back even to look at it without charging me for $125/hour and they won't look at anything until I've paid them in full. (That little threat was sent to me less than 72 hours after this emergency occurred.) They seemed to have a close relationship with TEP, our utility, and it felt very much like working with a utility - not a great deal of customer power or choice.
