My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Immediately I noticed David and his team were not your average body shop hackers, they understood that appearance, fitment and paint was a high priority. Since SAB was working with aftermarket replica Body parts, they don't always fit like a glove. So instead of his team slapping it on, they made the necessary adjustments to make this Front Bumper look amazing with the Carbon Fiber Lip. Gabe took the helm, working directly with my insurance company, giving them nudges when they wanted to foot drag, taking and sending off detailed photos, giving me progress reports, I didn't have to do a thing. Andre and the guys in the shop listened to me when I said I was bummed my old, full of memories stickers on the bumper would be no more.
