Our home was built in 1967/68, by my dad. In the1970s my parents added on. We lost power to the addition after the back-to-back storms in March of this year. After researching, looking for licensed people, and calling a couple of them, Jason was the only one to call back. Not sure why I've not written a review in the three (or more) times I've had Jason and team come to my home. Obviously need more coffee. Jason was recommended by our cousin who is in the trades business and was familiar with the company, and the extreme professionalism of entire product - people, customer service, working with me to get the best outcomes, and value for money. We used Professional Electric to completely rewire our house (built around 1960). The work was done on schedule and the crew was well managed. Have since installed split air conditioning, done a total renovation of the kitchen and both bathrooms. We have since had to call once for an issue with a breaker but they responded right away. After a thorough inspection, by a licensed professional home inspector, of my new house, in which Jason and his company were the electrical sub-contractor, the inspector found open junction boxes in the attic. Obviously, this is a huge safety violation that can cause a fire and demonstrates poor workmanship. The grounding wire was left exposed outside the house as well. The general contractor was made aware of this when the inspection report was sent to them, but the situation was never remedied. Poor workmanship and carelessness by inexperienced/uneducated workers underneath the licensee is reckless and hazardous. read more

From the beginning I was impressed by Jason's quick on timely response. I've dealt with many Licensed Contractors. I felt discriminated Because I have an old Country house. Art Electrial never returned my calls and texted. I felt Blessed when Jason and his crew corrected some issues. Jason's Stands by his word, they are Professional in every detail. Extremely professional and impeccable follow through. I called Jason well after hours after my entire downstairs power went out and breakers tripped. This was the first time it happened and it wasn't even when the a/c was on. He talked to me over the phone about some possibilities and said he would call in the morning. We called on July 22nd and left a message. As of today, he did not even give a courtesy call to respond whether he could do the job or not. This is a sure sign that he is not very reliable. To make matters worst, we are located two streets from where he is in Waimanalo. Thankfully we have a neighbor that is an electrician and we could rely on him to fix our problem.
