He made us feel comfortable and answered every question I had. His office was clean and well maintained. We were there for just over an hour total and I appreciated that they did his consult and x-rays on the day of surgery. The information/instruction sheet they provided made me completely comfortable with what to expect after and I was impressed that they gave me an emergency number for any concerns or complications after surgery. Without dental insurance I found that their cash price was great, less than a few other offices. I would have gladly paid more. It's hard to find good old fashoined Customer Care and that's exactly what we got at Wisdom Teeth Only. Also I was told I was being rude for telling them my symptoms and was wondering why I was denied a checkup. They instead went around what I said and told me I was never denied and that the situation was resolved. I'm not sure who I was talking to but seriously it's not my job to be nice when I'm frustrated it's their job to be professional. So yeah just take a pill and cross your fingers is the best this place will do for you if the healing doesn't go well. They told me they'd be happy to see me at there other location miles from where I stay so that's your second bet. Either way I'm disappointed in my visit. Take my money and run is the vibes I get from this place.

Our orthodontist assured me he was referring us to one of the best in Utah -- a surgeon who performs this type of surgery multiple times a week. With ease, we scheduled our consultation and met with Dr. Stosich. My first impression? Not only does this guy have a passion for what he does, he does an EXCELLENT job at it. He is so knowledgeable, it's actually moving. He immediately made my son and me feel at ease and explained everything every step of the way. I'll always remember the day of surgery. My only child going in for jaw surgery?! I felt like I should have been more nervous, but honestly, I just felt like we were in such good hands. I remember thinking that even if a problem were to arise, my son was with the best possible surgeon to handle it. As soon as the surgery was finished, Dr. Stosich came and found me in the hospital. He told me how well everything had gone and that I would soon be able to see my son. As he walked away, I noticed him taking a moment to say hello to people he knew throughout the hospital. It was such a small thing, but it stuck with me. He is incredibly personable and just an all-around great guy. Dr. Stosich operates multiple times per week and has patients who come from all over. His passion for helping people really shows. He doesn't just perform jaw surgeries, either -- his expertise goes far beyond that. Driving 1.5 hours each way doesn't bother me one bit when I know my son is truly seeing a specialist who knows what he's doing and does the job right. He walked me through the entire process and post-op visits, and he's a genuinely nice, easygoing person who communicates clearly and puts you at ease. His office was also very accommodating, especially considering I traveled from out of state for the surgery. This would have been a 5/5 experience, but unfortunately I ran into issues with the office handling the required paperwork for state disability benefits. Despite following up more than 15 times via email and phone and receiving multiple assurances that it would be taken care of, the paperwork was never filed, which resulted in me losing my state disability benefits (up to $1000). While the office handled my medical insurance and short-term disability insurance without issues, state disability paperwork seems to be different, and this part was not managed successfully. I feel little sorry for them because of so much paperwork they had to do for my case, and they are not used to work with different states disability benefits, but I tried my best for them providing all the neccessary information and help them to file necessary papers. From a surgical and clinical standpoint, I highly recommend Dr. Stosich. I just wish the administrative side, particularly state disability paperwork, had been handled with the same level of care. I was a bit of a special case coming from out of state, so I don't expect most patients to have issues on the administrative side.

I need to mention first of all that if it simply came down to the surgery and the care received by Dr. Partridge, then I would give a full five stars. I think my surgery was done exceptionally well, and he was very attentive and has a good bedside manner (especially considering that I am a huge wimp). I would recommend him to others for sure. I would say that anyone considering this surgery (whether with him or someone else) should be sure to do their homework and research online. There are a lot of things that he didn't mention that I found online, but any questions I had he answered fully. So research and bring your questions. I feel like perhaps other surgeons would be a little more 'hand holding' with information, but it seems to me that he expects that people will be doing research on the subject anyway. This isn't a bad thing, but something that people should be aware of that he's not going to cover every little tiny detail of what could possibly happen. He'll make sure you know the risks, for sure, but there's a lot of things that are very individual for each person. Because of my experience with some administrative issues, I honestly would give this business 4.5 stars, but I decided to give five instead of four because Dr. Partridge was awesome (and that's the part that actually matters). All the staff is friendly, don't get me wrong, but trying to get a hold of the person who takes care of their finance and insurance issues is a huge pain. And leaving messages (not just for this person, but in general) is kind of a waste of time because more than half of the time I wasn't called back. In one instance, I'd left a message during business hours (got voice mail probably because the secretary was on the phone with another patient) six weeks after my surgery. I was told to call if I had any questions or concerns. I figured my message would be passed on to the right person, or that the staff would call back and then transfer me to someone or a machine to leave a message for the right person to call me back. However, I was never called back at all. Either the administrative staff is understaffed and overworked, or they just don't care. Since they were all very friendly in general, I'm going to go with overworked. It's possible that this is something that would be encountered at any surgeon's office, but since I've never had major surgery other than this one, I wouldn't know. Also, I would recommend to anyone (no matter if they are going to come to this business or another) to call their insurance company after the information is submitted to be sure they receive it. I had a small window of time between semesters that I could get this surgery done, and if I hadn't have called to check on things, I wouldn't have been able to have the surgery when I needed it done as the insurance said they didn't receive anything the first time around. I'm not saying this is the fault of this business in particular, but it was an experience I had and one that anyone should keep in mind. So, in summary, major surgery is something to be sure the right person is chosen to do the job. I would definitely recommend Dr. Partridge. He was knowledgeable and professional. My results were great. I was less impressed with the administrative side, but it wasn't such a problem that I wouldn't recommend this business to others.

I never left that dentist without them telling me that they found more cavities and I would have to come back. After about the third time I thought something was strange so I went somewhere else. The new dentist (cottonwood family dental, which has great reviews) said that I had zero cavities (and they were the ones that fixed my root canal). This was after dr Walker told me I had four cavities I needed to fill! I don't trust them and would highly encourage everyone to go somewhere else.

I haven't had a cavity in 14 years, so I was suspect that I suddenly had 3 after going to a new dentist. I came to Presley for a second opinion and they were wonderful. They did a new x-ray for free because the one from the other dentist wasn't clear enough to give them the information that they needed. The dentist was very knowledgeable and showed me what the previous dentist thought were cavities and explained to me why it is not a cavity. The staff is very friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me. The Dental Hygienist gave us the most in-depth and yet gentle cleaning that I have ever had. My teeth feel great. My husband did need some cavities filled and he reported that they took good care of him and did a great job with the fillings. This is a great dentist. I would recommend them highly!

These people are terrible. I took my 73 year old mother in here for a consultation for her severe…read moremouth pain. We were told it was a $30 consultation fee, which we paid up front. Dr Stosich spent about 15 minutes with us and basically told us there was nothing he could do. A month or so later, we received a bill for an additional $130 dollars. My mother is living on a fixed income and can't pay these kinds of fees! Had we been told up front, we would have turned around and walked out. When I called, the front office said they had "notes" indicating they informed us of this fee, which was completely incorrect. Your notes don't prove anything, I was standing right by her side the entire time. I am paying the bill for my mom, but I would never go to a doctor with such a complete lack of integrity.
