Everything else was awful. 1. Bryan knew the entire time he was doing my job that I planned to submit an insurance claim to cover most of the costs. I can prove with texts and emails that he knew this. He never said a thing until the end of the job when he handed me my bill and then just casually goes, "I doubt insurance will pay for this kind of work. I've never seen them pay out for [these kinds of issues] before." And of course he was right. So I had to scrape and scramble and move money to cover the total and it wiped my whole emergency cushion fund. When I asked him to give me a couple days to get the money together without having to borrow any, he said no, not possible, even when I begged for just 24 hours more. I believe he intentionally misled me with his silence for the duration of the work he did on my home and then had no compassion or patience when I struggled to pay at the end of the job after he let me believe that insurance would cover most of it. I truly believe that he let me hire him knowing I thought insurance would cover most of it because he knew I couldn't hire him if I had to pay out of pocket, and then just planned to squeeze me for the total due at the end of the job, which is exactly what happened. And if all that shadiness wasn't bad enough, get this... 2. The work he and his team did was to wrap my downstairs AC ducts (in my living room ceiling) to stop them from sweating in the summer, and then they fixed the drywall that the sweating had damaged. Well guess what. It's hot out again and guess whose ceiling is sweating with drywall and paint leaking from her living room ceiling? MINE! So the work he did under false pretenses wasn't even good work, because my ceiling is doing the exact same thing now that it had been doing when I hired him in the first place. But there's more! 3. A worker of his named Will admitted to peeping on me while I showered one day when Bryan and Dillon had gone to another job. I have all of this in text. (Will has since been fired [for other reasons].) Dishonest pay practices. Shoddy work. Shady creepy employees. If I could go back in time and NOT hire Fisher's Home Pros, I would. Now I want my money back and Bryan is not responding to my texts. Literally leaving me on Read. Steer clear of Fisher's Home Pros!!!

Residential Contractor assistance in the current Raleigh building boom is suspect, at best so, honestly, I was still suspect. Tar Heel Basement scheduled me, but I'd called back needing next day inspection in attempt to fix a tile issue. No problem, they'd said.. so they sent someone from their other operation to support me. Me! Thank you Tar Heel Basement Systems, for focusing on the customer and building a capable brand. Tar Heel Basement Systems representative met me onsite and we reviewed the area. He not only looked at the area in that part of the house, but advised me on my crawlspace and the other floors in the house. I could not have been more impressed. In the end, the gentleman said, "Sir, you're in good shape here, you have a clean bill-of-health". Perfectly done - Thanks Tar Heel, for your professionalism and swift support. Had this been my own General Contractor, or one of the many subs... well, I have no doubt that I would have instead been quoted a large-sum. Thank you, Tar Heel Basement Systems. Professional. Realistic. Honest. Ethical.

Fast forward to now: They reached out saying that they wanted to come out to inspect their work from last year. Turned out it was just a sales pitch try to sell us more product. The sales person pointed out some shoddy work and said they would repair it under warranty. Now, crickets. We played phone tag for a while, but now they just won't reply. My issue is the dishonesty of claiming they wanted to "inspect their work" to make a sale, then run away when we ask them to make good.

Yes, we were in contact with one another and he assured me everything would be done, "Vet to Vet." I was in California moving back to NC. It was a deeply challenging. I arrived to find my place not finished. It wasn't even inhabitable. I had to quickly, on the spot, arranged for storage as well as a place to stay while I waited to move into my home. I ended up firing Albert and hired someone else to complete, finish, and repair the work Albert was supposed to do. Some things we not repairable, such as my supposedly 12 x20 back deck, which ended up being a 12x12. I was able to correct the dual (2 individual) garage flood lights back to only one light. When I turned on my living room light by the switch, both spare bedroom closet lights would come on!!! I assure you all, it was Not that way when they started. Albert did correct most of the things "I" found, being new to the construction game. Folks , I could go on and on. The storage was from late October to Mid December.
