She called her manager to inquire, then she handed me a tiny receipt with the order number and just specified that I dropped 4 pieces, nothing else. No description those were suits. I asked for the itemized description of the garments to take with me. The manager came to the phone telling me in the rudest way that she wanted me to pick up my clothes and go take them somewhere else. I know this place has lost some of my wife's clothes in the past, just for not saying they were stolen from her . If this is the way this so called manager is treating her customers from the get go what can be expected from her if they do damage or lose one of my clothes? Better to go somewhere else where they value their customers and understand their reasonable concerns.

The building looks like it was a former gas station, so it's perfect for quick drop offs and pick ups. Their customer service is friendly and pleasant. I've had good results having my suits cleaned there. They return your suit jackets with a little thank you colored pocket square tucked in the left breast pocket. For prices, plan on about $7 per piece. The only problems we have had were when we needed something dry cleaned other than men's suits. Twice my wife's favorite silk and velvet tops were messed up. One was returned significantly shrunken and unwearable. Another time a (very special) button was missing. So while I can recommend them for men's suits, I won't go there again with any delicate type clothing.

I took my cloths to their Mission location. I pre-paid my dry cleaning and was given a date for pickup. They require 48 hours rather than 24 which is expected with the labor shortage. I actually gave them 72 hours and went to get my garments. Upon arrival the attendant told me that part of my order would was not ready and didn't know when it would get done. I asked if they would deliver it as I saw the advertising on their door for free delivery. She said no. She told me I could call the McAllen store for more information. When I called they picked up the phone and placed it on the counter without saying hello or acknowledging the call. I could hear them talking in the background. I waited for 2-3 minutes and they didn't come to the phone. I then drove to this location (main store) and asked for the Manager. As you would expect in the RGV the Manager was a rude, un-professional, likely ignorant, with no experience or qualification to manage anything. She proceeded to give me excuses for not having my order ready and would not give me any information. She would not tell me who the owner was either. I told her that based on the high prices, and bad service this would be my first and last time giving them my business. She said I could then call another store where they actually worked on the garments to get an update. I told her it seemed to me that she was basically telling me I was on my own to figure out when my order would be ready. She proceeded to tell me that she didn't make time for customers like me who have never done business with them and don't plan to return. Needless to say - I will NEVER return.
