When I joined I asked if I could not have the sticker on my truck and just keep it in the console. I was told no problem and for the last year I pull up and show my sticker they scan it no problem. That all changed Saturday at lunch. I was stop by a team member and asked why the sticker was not attached to the truck. I expect my taste. That is when the problems started. She starts rapidly speaking about how this is not allowed and has never been allowed. She wants me to give her the sticker so she can affix it to my truck. I inform her that there is no way that sticker is being put on my truck. I ask her what other solutions she can offer. None put the sticker on the truck or they would cancel my membership plan. I say fine cancel it but I want a refund for the remaining time. That's not allowed. After a few more less than polite minutes she cancelled my membership and informed me I can use it until the end of the paid period. I tried calling the corporate office but can't get an answer. So I will be looking for a new car wash. I also plan to cancel my wife's plan on her truck and my mom plan on her car. So congratulations on losing a paying customer.

You see, I drove from Atlanta to Jackson, catching so many bugs that my front window and bumper looked a mess. All I had to do was dip the brush in the liquid, and with one wipe and two wipes for good measure, the bugs came right off. I even cleaned my back window. Once inside the drive-thru, the grime and dirt melted right off to the ground. I said that's fine I'd go get the rest of the money from my car. I left the froster and $1.25 with her. I came back in and there were a few people in front of me. I was prepared to wait patiently while she served her customers. When she saw me, she said she took care of it and motioned for me to get the drink. I gave her $0.50 which she took. Assuming I'd heard wrong, I returned home. My brother said the frosters are $1.38 but they are certainly not $1.75. I was very surprised and disappointed they would overcharge me. It's not that much, but I'm not sure I can trust this store anymore. In another incident, my mom dropped her credit card in the parking lot. It didn't occur to us it might be there until we got home. I thought I would call to check. The cashier answered and said someone did try to turn the card into her. They said they found it outside, but she wouldn't take it. So the customer left with the card. This is unusual to me. I believe it would've been safer with the store than a stranger. The customer could have maxed out the card. I'm not sure I understand this method of doing business. I used to stop at Kangaroo Express for everything (snacks, drinks, pickles, etc.) I was a devoted customer. I loved the frosters, but I can give them up. In light of the recent treatment, I have decided not to return to Kangaroo Express. I will be taking my business to Chevron or Shell.
