I called this company because I had a foosball table that needed to be assembled and I was tired of doing these kinds of jobs by myself. This was a big mistake.
All of the poles were put on backwards and the handles were put on the wrong ends. In addition, the washers for the bumpers were put on the wrong sides. Also, many of the player pieces were loose. The technician said this was normal and that "there should be some play" with the pieces. I saw nothing about this in the manual, and it contradicts all my experience using foosball tables as well as common sense.
I am not convinced they read the directions, at least not closely, and I was not exactly thrilled to see that they were using a power drill to tighten every piece on the table instead of screwdrivers. On the actual table assembly itself, sure, power tools might be fine, but on the smaller, more delicate plastic and chrome pieces, this does not make sense to me. Certainly not for final tightening.
I had to take apart all of the poles myself, taking off all the men and the bumpers, reassemble them and put the handles and end guards on the right ends. Several of the screws and plastic player pieces were stripped, no doubt from the sloppy use of the power drill, and one of the player pieces would not even come off a pole due to overtightening (we still managed to turn the pole around).
I used at least an hour of my own time fixing their sloppy work, and several of the pieces on my new foosball table are a bit mangled now. I cannot recommend this business. read more
