The crew talk amongst themselves non stop, no attention to the paying customer beyond "choose your colour" when you first arrive. The constant chatter in Vietnamese is not at all peaceful and the costumers feel rushed cash cows being ignored and bled. One girl walked out while waiting and I would have too but was already soaking and stuck. My manicure did not even include cleaning or massage. It was just about a rush colour and go then not even a pause in the chatter to say thank you when I paid. Just took my money and flicked my change onto the bench mid sentence and walked off. After a stressful day at work a peaceful interested manicure and pedicure should be a pleasant experience. Today was not. And the job?? The filing was back and forth sawing. My nails felt shredded and were not the same length. I had a critical bleeding too. In short give this store a miss. Management has lost touch.

After I moved to Sydney 2 years ago I tried a few hairdressers from cheap to expensive and I was never really satisfied. I'm glad to have found this place in the end. After your complimentary drink they start off with a head-shoulder massage, followed by a relaxing hair wash while sitting on one of their fancy massage chairs. What I also find important is that they wash your hair again after they're done with the cut. I noticed that not many hairdressers actually do that here in Sydney and then you're left for the day with little hairs all over you. The entire Cabelo crew is very friendly, competent and certainly worth the money. A normal mens hair cut including 2x wash (before & after), cut and styling costs $60. I come here every 3 weeks. Can't wait for the next time!
