I walked in to the lady (older, in her 30's) who berated me for "not getting a wax sooner" ( I am an 18 year old girl) and yelled at me when i was in to much pain to answer her questions about my weekend plans (seriously). She also didn't explain to me what was going to happen during the wax or after care. During the appointment i felt judged and humiliated. To top off what has been a nightmare first wax, i currently have a painful rash around my bikini line. Please don't go here, save your money.

The girls…read moreare all very friendly but they are all exceedingly young and pretty - you worry that they don't know what to do, especially with the number of middle aged women who use them. They do an excellent job and they have all the normal beauty therapies but try and book an appointment on the phone - you have to leave a message which may or may not be returned. Going into the store is a better way to do it but as they are generally with clients you can be left standing for quite some time. Their prices are reasonable and one thing I do like, they don't try to sell you anything. Every other beauty therapist has tried selling me skin lotion or serum or some other miracle skin product that I can't live without. At instincts they let you judge yourself whether you need them, I appreciate that. Services offered: Waxing, Facials, Hands and feet therapy Body work.
