Michael always calls me ahead of time and lets us know if something is due or if we need to take care of something. I've been in business for over ten years know, I have worked with other Insurance companies, but Mr. Martinez's group is by far the best. Their has been times where I couldn't drive to West Covina and Michael would drive to me and I'm in Pasadena. That's what I call a Great Customer Service. Thank you guys.

My policy has dropped in price many times on its own due to us being good drivers and whatsoever we have also had renters insurance through them which we basically paid 0 because having multi insurance plans lowered our original auto insurance which was awesome now we have purchased our own house and of course we went through State Farm for our homeowners insurance I feel like they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best plan that fits the needs and wants that you need. And now I am looking into earthquake insurance I feel in life you have to be ready for the unexpected to be able to survive and I want to make sure my home and my family hold up through hard times I'm sure I will get an amazing quote I never question the quotes I get from them if you are looking for an insurance company to take care of you with low rates you must call this office and speak with Jennifer or Michael

Language (Spanish) may have played a role but bad customer service was very clear when my mother made multiple attempts to contact her agent to no avail. Finally I logged onto Yelp and found Alicia Sanchez, a Spanish speaker and conveniently located in West Covina. I called and left a message not expecting for anyone to get back to me. Well I must say that I was surprised and very impressed when, like other reviewers have stated, she was prompt courteous and knowledgeable.
