I have had the same bad recent experience as a previous reviewer. We are a family of footballers, runners and cyclists and between us spend a lot on footwear and clothing and have found Pro-direct good in the past. However, a recent experience has changed my opinion and I won't use them again. You can't phone them to actually sort anything quickly, you have to wait a day for email responses, which are 'copy and paste' impersonal and repetitive with no compassion or understanding that you are not being difficult but just have a problem with your order that you want a human personal response from someone who might be able to help. It is a case of they don't want to help their customers rather than they can't. Every resolution I tried to come up with was met with an answer which basically amounted to 'no, tough, not willing to try'. Even if an item is more expensive elsewhere, do not buy from Pro Direct Sport sites. I dealt with another retailer this week who I spoke to on the phone, got through quickly and their help exceeded my expectations - so Pro Direct Sport - take note, good service is possible! read more

Thiis is the second negative review I have found myself posting in two weeks so customers of prodirect should be aware. This company has from being in the past a professional well run supplier degenerated into an awful unprofessional company that cares little for its customers and refuses to provide a telephone number to discuss ongoing problems. It would appear that their staff answering the 'live chat' are told to talk the company line and always refer you to their T &C's with no compassion, understanding and now I believe unhonest responses. As a professional footballer paying for top line boots in excess of £200 a pair I would suggest to anyone considering using this site to look elsewhere in the first instance whether you are playing Sunday league or professionally. read more
