I have had the same bad recent experience as a previous reviewer.
We are a family of footballers, runners and cyclists and between us spend a lot on footwear and clothing and have found Pro-direct good in the past.
However, a recent experience has changed my opinion and I won't use them again.
You can't phone them to actually sort anything quickly, you have to wait a day for email responses, which are 'copy and paste' impersonal and repetitive with no compassion or understanding that you are not being difficult but just have a problem with your order that you want a human personal response from someone who might be able to help.
It is a case of they don't want to help their customers rather than they can't. Every resolution I tried to come up with was met with an answer which basically amounted to 'no, tough, not willing to try'.
Even if an item is more expensive elsewhere, do not buy from Pro Direct Sport sites.
I dealt with another retailer this week who I spoke to on the phone, got through quickly and their help exceeded my expectations - so Pro Direct Sport - take note, good service is possible! read more
