Wholely agree with the theory this website is surrounded by fake reviews. Prices on the website are mis-marked (and they've since dont nothing about changing them to be correct) which resulted in loss. Received 1.5g of a product as a "like for like replacement" of a 3.5g product that i ordered but was incorrectly priced. Muppets on email support seemed at first clueless but then ignorant by choice. Don't believe the reviews on their site. They only put good ones on. After they asked me for feedback I gave it but as my reviews were critical they were never added. After trying several of their useless products I suspect that even the few good reviews on their site may be made up by their own staff because their products do not work. read more

BEWARE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Been waiting one week for my order to arrive (note I live in Italy not in the Bermuda islands). Contacted customer service to see if I could get the tracking number as usually it will take 3/5 working days to stuff to arrive in my country. This is what I got as reply: Hi.
