I think that people feel they're paying for service they should be treated like a king, but they forget that they are not on their best all the time either! I am the type that if you don't do a good job, I just refuse to go back and give you my money. That way, if one person did something bad, the whole company should not be penalized. Willow Creek only has one fault, the care too much. They want you to put into work so that you can get better. They care if you miss a treatment; they care if you don't want to do better; and they care whether you are having a good or bad day! No company is perfect, but these guys truly try to be and to me it shows I had the choice of transferring out after the third day of being here.... But I chose to stay. Why? Because I want to get better!
