Lisa's communication was top-notch. She answered every one of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and she was always available when I needed help. Lisa even stepped in when there was an issue with one of my vendors. Through Lisa's guidance and assistance, we were able to work everything out perfectly. Lisa also has an incredible eye for detail. She was extremely organized and covered details that I didn't even think of. I went into my wedding fully confident that Lisa would not miss a thing. Lisa is also just an incredible person. She's kind and hard-working. Not only do I consider her to be an amazing coordinator, but I now consider her my friend. It's rare to find someone as good-hearted as Lisa. On the day of my wedding, everything went perfectly. Lisa met me in my suite while I was getting ready and gave me the cutest bag filled with little goodies. She was a calming and happy presence that morning. The reception decor turned out BEAUTIFULLY because of Lisa. She has a strong eye for decor, and she set everything up in a way that exceeded my expectations. Lisa kept the night running smoothly, and everything fell into place perfectly. My only job was enjoy myself because Lisa handled everything. She even decorated our honeymoon suite with rose petals and candles. In all, Lisa is an incredible wedding coordinator and and an even more amazing human being. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her. She'll be the coordinator for all my future events in Tampa. I highly, highly recommend her.

We had a non-religious ceremony and Lisa made me feel comfortable and planned everything exactly how I wanted it, even though it we left out many of the typical wedding traditions. If I had it to do over again, the only thing I would change is reaching out to Event Sisters sooner to have them help in the entire planning process. I truly didn't think this could happen to me but it did. I was consistently told by this venue that once you put your deposit down, that secures your date. Great! We had our deposit put down and I got confirmation of it being received. The contract for my fiance and I to sign was sent out, with our date in the contract, and we sign it. Six minutes later after we both sign the contract online, I get a call from their office assistant saying "our managers had miscommunication and that date is actually taken and a different bride had to reschedule and take that date". When I tell you my mouth dropped and my heart sunk, I thought there's no way. Messing with the date of a wedding is not something small to brush off...this is something huge yet they somehow screwed it up. It gets even better with the fact that their assistant said they had a meeting with management and they could not compromise. I chose a date in off peak season, which qualifies for a discount, and on a Saturday at the end of September for a CERTAIN reason. So when I put down my deposit, and between the contract stating the date, "because the manager didn't sign it yet" it was not set in stone. I WAS TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES MY DEPOSIT SECURES THE DATE. The fact that the management screwed up and couldn't help or compromise or give me whatever date I wanted at this point was honestly the most upsetting. It is clearly a money hungry venue with bad business practices. I obviously have never planned a wedding, this venue was perfect for our budget, and they just made this TEN times more stressful and hard on us. You should NOT be doing business like this and treat your brides this way. They then immediately voided my contract after they called me to tell me the date wasn't available. Please do not use this venue. If they can't get the scheduling correct for you and secure your date, imagine how you wedding is going to go. Yes, many people may have had great weddings here, but they do not have good business practices by treating their renters this way after a mistake on THEIR part.

From beginning to end, everything was beautifully organized, well-coordinated, and handled with such professionalism. The food was absolutely exquisite! We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was. Everyone kept talking about how wonderful the food tasted, and as the mother of the bride, it meant so much to me to see our guests enjoying their meals so much. The serving staff was exceptional--friendly, attentive, professional, and courteous throughout the entire event. The service from setup and arrival all the way through the end of the evening was truly excellent. I also want to give a special shout-out to the bartenders! They did an absolutely spectacular job. We received so many wonderful comments from our guests about their service, professionalism, and friendliness. They were definitely an extra plus and helped make the celebration even more enjoyable! They are the best prices around and service n food was excellent. Everyone loved the staff at my sons wedding they were kind and helpful. Savannah was great an easily accessible with all our questions. We had a wonderful tasting as well so we were very comfortable with all our choices. They also included table settings some decor and the meals had a variety everyone got no need to ask guests which meal they prefer. We highly recommend them!!

The only thing that was good was the omelet station. The beef from the carving station was extremely rare, the chicken piccata and mashed potatoes were ice cold - no one was checking to see if the sternos on the chafing dishes were still lit (they weren't), and the desserts left a lot to be desired. Certainly not worth $45 per person plus a very generous tip. Our total bill was over $400! My entire family thought it was a terrible experience. I remember years ago it was the place to go for special occasions and the food was very good back then. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Over the past decade I've played here numerous times and rarely been disappointed. However, the past two visits have been wildly disappointing and even infuriating. The disappointing part has been the upkeep of the course. I played the course in December and again this week and the greens are in very rough shape. They are patchy with seed speckled throughout. I realize it's been dry but several other nearby courses are keeping their greens well managed. The infuriating part was the pompous and belligerently rude ranger. The guy was a total jerk and everyone in my group (a group of guys I didn't know before the round) spoke to his demeaning behavior. I'm certainly no cupcake and the fellas I was playing with were physicians and a business owner, so I doubt they are either. We simply expected to be treated with respect. If you want a nice course just swing over to TPC or Dunedin, or save some cash and play Crescent Oaks right around the corner.
