I'm Michael, and I run ProCo Coatings. I live in Apex with my amazing wife, our five kids, Sir Edmund, our St. Bernard, and Lucretia McEvil, our cat. I've worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and have seen my fair share of workplace injuries. In 2023 Charlotte had a major construction fire, which prompted me to start this business. That fire made me realize how important it is to protect everyone involved in the building process and not just the end-user. Initially, I focused on fire safety during construction, but soon saw the need to extend these fire safety measures to post-construction as well. I'm really passionate about fire protection because I believe every home should have top-notch fire protection solutions to ensure the safety and peace of mind. As a member of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County I'm committed to stay up-to-date with the latest in industry standards and codes.
