Dale came out and spent a couple of hours checking all possibilities, contacting the manufacturer, trying suggestions they gave him. He located the issue and ordered the needed part. He returned today to make the repairs and gave me directions on how to proceed. I am more than impressed with this company's expertise, professionalism and customer service.

I called local fire Marshall for advise, she stated shop around. I did. I called spoke to Jasek within minutes drove down to business. The dude explained about the sticker and dates shown. It wasn't just $10 dollars but it needed the full service of $58 dollars. The next 4 years, it will be basic service $10 dollars. It's explained every 5 years the fill service is required. Oftentimes, an explanation is simply needed other than to say $60 or additional $40 for in house service. In closing, if employees were to explain service better I probably would have taking it to All American.
