After paying for their services, it became nearly impossible to speak with anyone other than this woman, and every interaction left us feeling dismissed and more stressed than before. If you have a complaint, there's only one person you can complain to Cindy Ernst, and they completely keep the owners of the company isolated. They literally make very little phone contact. Send a lot of things to emails that don't exist in people that don't work there anymore dragging out your case they've had been on the gravy train a little too long and my opinion I got OK results. I don't know if any other attorneys are any better but I know that I would not use them again. I was however happy with them my case manager and attorney the first time I use them, but I had a little knowledge of actually what was going on. The medical fees were absorbent. I actually had them go back after they negotiated them and renegotiate them. If you think you're calling learner in a row and you have an accent another state you're actually getting some partners I ended up on my second case with a caseworker in one city, an attorney and another and somebody else in another state. They didn't do a good job at all in fact they did a terrible job.
