To : Dr. Navit Khatri: Thank you for following up with me and for offering to schedule an X-ray…read moreappointment for my father. Since our last visit, I decided to seek a second opinion regarding his podiatry care. The new provider performed an X-ray as well as an ABI test and completed a more comprehensive evaluation of his feet and ankles. They addressed the ankle pain he had been experiencing, and since that visit his pain has improved. What also stood out to me was the level of attention and follow-up they provided. Their office contacted us to check on how his ankle was doing after the visit, which meant a great deal to us. At my father's age, I simply wanted to make sure he was receiving attentive and comprehensive care. During the time my father was seen at your office, the care he received primarily consisted of nail trimming and cutting the callus on his toe. While we appreciate those services, it became clear that he needed a more comprehensive evaluation and care for his feet and ankles than that alone. Another important factor for us is scheduling flexibility. The office we are now using has let us know that if my father needs to be seen sooner than the typical 60-90 day interval, they are able to accommodate additional appointments if necessary. I understand that this was not something your office could offer, so we are grateful to have found a provider who can accommodate us if that need arises. I do appreciate the care your office provided to my father, and I want to thank you and your team for your services. However, we have decided to continue his care with the new provider, so we will no longer be needing services from your office. Thank you again for reaching out and for the care you previously provided.

Saw Dr. Wilson for something else and asked about a spot on my toenail to see if I should worry…read moreabout it. She said it was no big deal and likely a fungus, but she would test it anyway just to see. Now I'm stuck with over $1000 bill for that test because she sent it to an out-of-network lab (even though I went to her because she is in my network and assume all work would stay in-network!) and requested three separate tests on a spot she said was nothing to worry about. My insurance said it was incorrectly coded, but her office refuses to re-submit it with a new code. It feels like a scam to pocket money. Seriously - over $1000 for a toe fungus lab test?!

Located at the Shoppes at River Crossing, next to Bonefish Grill. As many times as I've been to…read morethe surrounding stores, I'm shocked that I've never noticed this place before. I went in today after seeing an ad on Instagram. My salesperson, Jamel, was very kind and knowledgeable regarding their product- 3 Step System. It's possible their system has its benefits, however it's not exactly what I was looking for nor was the price point what I expected. My quote was about $1,900!! I would be more comfortable with this price tag if these were custom designed or reviewed by a Podiatrist, not just a sales rep. They do have several payment options if you're interested. If you're in the market, check them out.

Called ahead and asked if they had a way to check pressure points/ areas of concern and was told…read morethey could which wasn't a lie. They were able to do so and super nice. However this is not a shoe store which is what we were expecting. The salespeople were really nice and knew their stuff. But the issue arose when we realized it wasn't a shoe store and was for an insole system instead. They do not do returns but will exchange insoles as needed. For three insoles I was quoted $1,500. I told them I wasn't able to afford that and was told they could do a soft check on my credit. After looking up reviews online I learned that they give your information to a third party company that runs your credit. The people were wonderful, don't get me wrong but the product cost was unbelievable. We spent almost two hours in the store because it feels like a sales pitch and they try to get you to stay. Giving three stars because the staff were wonderful but I'd stay away unless you're explicitly looking for insoles, and be prepared they won't tell you a cost until the very end.

I was a patient of Dr. Fletcher for probably half a year or so back in 2022 or 2023 maybe. I was…read morereferred by my dentist to him. He performed a second sinus surgery he said I needed to have. He was not knowledgeable about what was going on with my sinuses, the sinus disease, and why I was having the issues I was having. It took me going to another wonderful ENT in Conyers to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. The surgery Fletcher performed which was done at the awful Wellstar and that was a mess on it's on. Anyway Fletcher did not take any samples from my sinuses to have them sent off, cultured, and get a proper diagnosis. In his words he didn't feel I needed that. I don't even know what he diagnosed me with to be honest. I honestly can't remember what he did, I know he shaved something down, supposedly cleaned my sinuses, but I only got relief for a month and then started back having issues. He wanted to perform another surgery but this time in his office. He'd have an anesthesiologist come in. That didn't sound right to me so I immediately looked for a different ENT. His bedside manners aren't the greatest and he seems so aloof, awkward, doesn't explain things well, doesn't make eye contact, etc etc. When I had questions about the third surgery he wanted to perform he stood up against the wall, looking up and down at the floor, while talking to me. That turned me off and was the nail in the coffin to find a different doctor. I don't know why some of these people become doctors with the terrible bedside manners they have. The new doctor I see is very kind, nice, takes the time to explain things and stays on top my case. I was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and was told there is a particular fungus that is in Alabama and Georgia that I am allergic to and that is what is causing all of these issues. I was put on Montelukast, fluticasone, and Azelastine. I also take Allegra and Zyrtec. Under the new doctor I had to have surgery twice but was provided with better and long term relief. He thoroughly cleaned out my sinuses, took samples, and opened them up more. He also explained that these issues won't go away until I move out of Georgia which we are doing in a couple of months. The new doctor actually took samples from my sinuses and sent them off for culture. Something Fletcher refused to do. Staff was ok and the young woman that works the front desk named Zurry (probably not spelling her name right) is such a pleasure to speak with, is wonderful, and sweet. This is a black owned and operated office which means absolutely nothing and from my experience in Georgia I've gotten worse care by black doctors and their staff. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. I think he specializes more in cosmetic facial and sinus surgery because on the medical side he seemed very lazy and not knowledgeable when it came to my issues and barely did the bare minimum when he had to do surgeries.
