I told them I hadn't received any messages or calls and when they read me back the phone numbers they had those weren't my numbers. Mind you it was not my fault they didn't have my correct phone number. So I showed up for my appointment and they were mad at me for not responding and saying I would be there. The dentist proceeded to lecture me and let me know they tried to reach me with no answer. Again, I told him you can call the phone number that I gave you. It's in my hand. You had the wrong number. So he got mad at me for not answering messages to the wrong number. He told me I had a history of canceled appointments, which I have been there for several years and had a lot of work done. I did not habitually cancel or miss appointments. I left work 45 minutes early to show up to a dentist appointment that I had scheduled and even asked at the time of making the appointment if they needed my number. I was stunned and still can't believe I was being lectured about an appointment that I showed up to and had no idea they were trying to get a hold of me. Why would you be upset with a patient that showed up to an appointment she made? I said it was extremely rude to talk to me that way and I was leaving. I told them I would look for a new dentist and he said "perfect. Good bye." I do not recommend this place.
