Once I arrived I was essentially herded like cattle, shuffled in and out. My NP had no interest in answering any questions, prescribed me 2 things, told me go to PT and was on her way (PT appt's were another 3 week wait). I needed to call the offices as I had some complications in days moving forward and was abruptly told "go to the ER" and hung up on. When I switched providers, although I signed a consent form SOS refused to send any of my imaging to the new provider, and insisted I go to any of their offices and have them burn me a copy for $5. I'm sure the doctors are capable, and not all results are typical for everyone. However I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you've got an issue. The lack of professionalism and general care was abysmal.

My last straw would this company was about a month ago when I went in there for a headache and they ended up sending me a pretty hefty bill and I was only in there for 2 minutes . Every time I tried to ask the provider any questions she was just rude she didn't want to help me she just cut me off I basically got frustrated I said so I guess you're basically not going to help me and I just left very frustrated with the same condition that I went in there with . I would seriously think long and hard about going to this establishment. The type of care do you get here is not very good . They really need to work on not only their customer service skills and how they treat people but how they care for people as well and hopefully give people care in the future.

After meds and bed they prescribed provided little relief, acupuncture was recommended by a family friend. Village Community Acupuncture & Massage Therapy was able to provide immediate relief. Matthew listened, explained the process and discussed the theory. The first treatment provided enough relief to drop the meds. By the third visit I had him working on my neck & shoulder, other areas with minor muscle tightness and he has been very successful. I most appreciate the time they take. Each session we discuss the results of the last treatment. After an initial needling in the effected area they provide distal treatment (arms and legs). They take time, have a pretty good sense of humor and actually want to get it right. The price is more than fair for the extent of the service they provide. I understand each experience is different with acupuncture but I couldn't be more pleased with Village Community Acupuncture & Massage Therapy. I also heard Matthew is a co-presenter for a seminar on treatment for sport related injury. I like it.
