He personally tinted the front west windows of our house over five years ago, and they have been beautiful and problem free this whole time. We have loved the difference they have made in keeping our home cool in the hot summers here. One window recently had to be replaced, and it was striking the difference it was to have one window not tinted and the rest tinted. Josh came back today and tinted the new window. He did and excellent job, thought he was through, saw a very tiny blemish at the outside corner, and then replaced the entire film. We had his company bid tinting our van windows. Josh looked at them today and said that he'd like to re-bid because he thinks he can save us some money. He said after looking at the van, the windows are less complex than they originally thought. I just had my Audi R8 tinted. I called and explained that I wanted all five interior windows tinted except the engine bay window. The quote was 280.00 for the upgraded quality of tint for five windows. When I picked up my car I noticed the interior back window was not done. They installed tint on four windows. The trashy looking woman that works the front desk that I previously spoke with on the phone that gave me the quote for all five windows minus the engine bay window proceeded to tell me that it was her bad and they can tint the back window for an additional 100.00 and she wouldn't charge me the extra 100.00 for the upgraded quality tint. WTF! Pro Window Tinting in Grand Junction CO will never touch another one of my cars again. I do not recommend this company at all. 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed is what their website says. There's a much better shop off 25 Rd that I'll be taking my business to moving forward. read more

Shop around! I would not recommend taking your car here. I had a 2003 hyundia sonata. I had been fixing things on it and plan on giving it to my son for a first car. It's a good car. A little old, yes, but not bad. This was my first time having a car windows tinted. After 2 weeks I noticed it had bubbles on the rear passenger window and also had a couple bigger spots on the rear window. I took it back in (since he garanteed his work and said if anything doesn't turn out right to come back and he'll fix it) I did, and he said that "it happens". He explained to me that there must have been something on the rear window and he couldn't scrape it because of the defroster. (which I completely understand) he should have called me and told me it would be a shit job. He then said that since it was an older car there are higher chances of more bubbles. (I understand that too)..he should have told me that right away! Then about a month had gone by and I had noticed more little bubbles on the rear window that looked like it needed to be squeegeed out. As if he did a half ass job. All I have to say is no matter the age or type of car, a good business owner or employee should explain to customers what could go wrong and to expect bubbles in the tint job. Honesty is the best policy! I didn't know that tint jobs are not perfect and will have bubbles. I would have not had it done if I knew this. Just to future customers please make sure you ask any question you have and think twice before you choose who to do the tinting. Anyway, again, I might not have either gone with him, I would have asked around to other businesses or just not have done it. read more

So they do a nice job (maybe I haven't even had time to let it set before already being disappointed)....When I picked up my car I noticed some things missing out of it. Yeah probably my fault for leaving stuff in there but I figured I'm paying these people $250 so why would my brand new journal for school (starting that day) and change in the cup holder even make them blink an eye...(among other things missing) So be aware they will STEAL out of your car! So take everything out before hand. read more
