Staff knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Worked with me to fit models for my car seat and for my stature. Gave me samples of bio freeze for my back pain, and counseled me on how and when to use them. For other needs, idk their selection and prices but inventory is online so check before going. I called beforehand and the person wasn't rude. Place and vicinity well-kept and clean though interior and some products appear a bit dated.. most orthopedic ergonomic supplies places aren't super appearance-savvy and modern-looking anyway. Yet if you find yourself needing to return an unused/unopened product you must complete an online return form & this is where the hassling begins. Received my Saunders Cervical Unit a couple days after ordering and have been instructed by my chiropractor to use it once a day for two weeks, then two to three times a week for my condition. This time I received a box from Amazon and the bands had PVC handles, not the soft grip I ordered. That was in SEPTEMBER. As soon as it arrived and I saw the package (very small) I contact them to return the item. It was finally FEBRUARY when the contacted me back after thousands of emails. We ordered two items from this company, both of which indicated online would ship for free. After one week, I received an e-mail from their customer service asking to fill out a shipping form required from the vendor. Upon filling it out, I was notified additional freight shipping charges would be nearly $300 for one of our items. After speaking with customer service they explained that because it was a large item it was shipping directly from the vendor via freight and it would not ship for free. I have been purchasing orthotics and a few other items from Pro Therapy for probably the last 6-7 years, maybe longer. I have never had a problem with any of my orders. Once or twice I called in for clarification and help with an order; it was taken care of. Items have always arrived very timely. One time I believe something was on backorder, but arrived within the timeframe I was given. It is confusing though. Reading the various reviews would make you think two different companies are having their reviews mixed together. The reviews appear either very good, or very bad. I had some issues with one of my last orders and there was a missing item in that order. Apparently the item was back ordered however it wasn't noted on their system. I ordered a resistance band loop from them, and it worked fine for 2 months, then broke. I purchased an item and requested a return. The company was going to charge a 15% re-stocking fee and charge me for shipping (approx. $10). This was almost half the cost of the item. Customer service wasn't helpful. I would recommend checking Amazon first as I find their customer service to be better and I also don't have to pay re-stocking and return fees. I opted to keep the item instead. As a physical therapist, I will not shop on their site again, nor will I recommend it to professional colleagues or my employer. UPDATE 9/20/17: Shortly after my first review i receive message on Facebook from Sean. He explained that there is suppose to be an email sent out if there is any back order issues he will be looking into this so this does not happen again. He further more solved my back order issues and made sure my things were sent out the next day. This morning I received my packages and extremely happy again. This is a great company, there was an issue with their email system for back orders which hopefully will be corrected as soon as possible. As Sean corrected my issues very quickly, there for my update and my stars changing. If the product you want is not back-ordered or if you do not need their support. They are awesome! Unfortunately my time with them was and is still a crap show. I ordered 3 items from them, the 1st item was shipped with in a couple of days but the other items were not. After a week I went on their chat support. I waited 20 minutes and finally got an answer when I said "HELLO IS ANYONE THERE?". I convinced myself that the said Yelp reviews were accurate after receiving no updates to the provided tracking number for four (4) days. I contacted customer care who surprisingly stated that the reason the updates weren't showing is because FedEx will drop off the package to USPS, when it was in USPS' possession, I would then be able to see the updates. I found out only after I called after 10 day (which the site states that your items should be received within that time), that my item was on back order. I did get many apologies from the CS rep that day (that didn't have anything to do with the lack of communication from her company) but never received an email, text or phone call in this age of technology. It would cost me $13 to send it back for an exchange so I guess I'm stuck with a $40 knee brace I can't use...
