They're also very communicative and responsive to even detailed questions and concerns. They're honest and will do as they promise. The only thing I suggest is for them to change their name from Charly's Painters to Charly's Construction or some other name suggestive of a broader set of skills and capabilities--because they're not only great at painting but also in stucco wall repair, building, electrical, and other construction jobs. We brought Precise Pro in to do a small job and see what we thought of their work and pricing. We then brought them back and had them do a lot of work for us. From cleaning and replacing shingles, painting exterior trim and soffits. To interior trim and paint. They even repaired our cultured stone chimney. Anything we asked about, they were able to handle. Top notch work ethics and very professional work. All while being way less expensive than other contractors we had coming though. We consider ourselves very blessed to have found them. In these times of ripoffs and shoddy work by contractors, they are a rare bright spot.
