Exceptional Service - Dave is the Best!…read more If you are looking for an honest, kind, and responsive professional for your garage door, look no further than Dave! I cannot say enough good things about Dave and his crew! They recently removed my old, incredibly heavy wooden garage door, monster that took 3people just to lift and installed a beautiful new double short-panel steel door complete with a new motor. Out of everyone I reached out to, Dave was by far the most prompt in getting back to me and easily the kindest. He gave me a fantastic deal, worked around my schedule seamlessly, and never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. For a small extra fee, he even hauled that massive old door to the dump for me, which was an absolute lifesaver & blessing!!!! Not only was Dave the best but his crew worked together seamless and were just as kind towards me. As someone who couldn't lift the old door by myself, this new setup makes my daily life so much easier and keeps my garage looking clean and updated. Having this new automatic door gives me a much cleaner garage too because it seals better preventing so much dirt, dust, spiders and lizards for coming in. I am so thankful for Dave's help, his crew and genuine customer care. I will definitely be contacting him for any future needs and highly recommend his services to anyone!

From the beginning, I was impressed with the professionalism when scheduling the appointment with Diana over the phone. Joel was our service technician, and he called ahead to ask if he could arrive early since he had finished his previous jobs ahead of schedule. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and able to fix all the issues we were having. We had one garage opener that would not connect to my husband's car. Joel tried multiple attempt to get it connected but it was just not working. So the machine was probably defective and or just old. Before leaving, he tried another approach involving an extra remote and some quick thinking, and he successfully got the garage device connected to my husband's car. We were extremely impressed and felt he truly went above and beyond. We'll eventually need to replace our belt-drive garage door openers, and Phillips will absolutely be the company we use. Their pricing was very fair and affordable, and the service was outstanding.

Ali explained that the board to fix the old opener would cost about the same as a new one. So we decided to get new openers for each door (rather than get one new one and keep an old one). It was $1000 installed for both openers. We felt it was a good value. Jamal came and did the installation a day or two later and got the work done quickly. Then he came back a few days later and hauled off the old ones. (So if they leave the old stuff for a while, don't worry-- they're coming back!) Both Ali and Jamal are very personable and customer-service oriented. We enjoyed working with this business and would call them again if we had more issues.

Precision was able to come out same day and take a look, the tech was very friendly and professional and ran through everything with me right there on site. He showed me the manufacturer date on my opener, it was about 12 years old. He even explained it didn't appear that the sensors were going out because he wasn't seeing the typical signs so he wasn't completely sure why the door kept refusing to close. He offered me several solutions and given the age and clunkiness of my system I just opted to replace everything but the door since it came with a lifetime warranty and they could do it that day. They got it done in under 2 hours and it looks terrific. Gave me all my paperwork, I tested it and couldn't believe the difference, I can barely even hear the door open and close now it's so smooth and quiet. The cost lined up with some other rough quotes I gathered from the 2 other companies I called, Precision was in the middle so I don't feel I drastically overpaid. It was a good experience and I'd use them again in the future.
