My wife hired this "company" to clean our house. She asked for a deposit via cashapp which I…read moreimmediately thought was sketchy. We don't have cashapp because it's sketchy so the lady said Venmo would work. Reluctantly, we sent her a deposit. She was the only one who said she could get the job done by the time we needed it done. The next day she says an emergency came up and she'd refund the deposit. That's fine, but now I'm sketched out. After we called/texted her multiple times, she finally got back to us days later to say that she will give us our money back. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no refund. Still sketchy. I'd recommend doing business with someone less sketchy. Also, deposits for a maid service is ridiculous and...sketchy. Gimme my money back

If I could give -0 stars, I would. We contacted Jessie to clean my elderly aunt's house this month…read more(it was in bad shape). Jessie came for the estimate, she agreed to move forward and everything was good, we settled on the rate and the time and day. My aunt liked her and she is also insured and bonded which made us even more comfortable with her services. She emailed the day prior saying that she was sick and couldn't come, understandable. We rescheduled. The day prior to the reschedule day - I emailed, called and texted to confirm that she was still coming. Nothing, crickets, no contact - completely ghosted us, no call/no show. The day of the rescheduled cleaning service came - and the same thing happened. I called, emailed and texted "are you at my aunt's house?". Nothing, crickets, completely ghosted us. I saw on a Facebook post at 10 am that she was on a field trip. Lovely. I again texted her and said how unprofessional and disrespectful it was that she did this and that we were depending on her. She texted me back and said "sorry, I emailed you", which was a lie. Why now are you answering my text? I live in another state and we had several future medical arrangements made based on when the house was going to be cleaned so that my aunt could get the in-home healthcare that she needed. I was over it and done with Jessie and wanted to find someone else but my cousin reached out to her again and asked her if she could still clean and she said yes. Well, ya don't say....she did the same exact thing again. NO CALL, NO SHOW, NO TEXT...nothing. It's quite ironic that the company name is Maids with Morals because if she had any morals at all she wouldn't have done what she did. If she wanted to pass on the job, I would have understood but she led us on and as a result we had to push back all of the other services needed for my aunt while finding someone else to clean. Stay clear of this business, you've been warned.
