They were well-mannered, very professional and courteous. They were quick in troubleshooting the problem, very knowledgeable about what was causing the problem and fixed all my issues expeditiously and even upgraded my existing equipment to make it more user friendly and safer. When it was time for payment they realized they quoted me an older cheaper price. They did not attempt to coerce me into paying the correct price. They even apologized for misquoting me the incorrect price and stuck to the lower pricing that I was quoted and accepted that payment. I also chose to go with A.R.E. once I found out they were not only a woman owned and minority owned business, but they are also a locally owned company that cares about there customers. He will not return any of our phone calls. He has lied to us with getting proper inspections like proper plumbing and mechanical done at our house. Due to this, our air conditioner has leaked into our ceiling causing water damage. He lied to us about ordering new door fronts for our kitchen island, which we now have to come out of pocket AGAIN to get these cabinets door fronts. He promised us a refrigerator surround, which we paid for but never got. He promised us a microwave cabinet, which we paid for and never got. He lied to us regarding getting a tile company to come to our house to repair poor work done by him and his worker. We have had to come out of pocket to fix plumbing leaks brought upon by his careless workers. These leaks caused water damage to our vanities. We have come out of pocket to fix the poor insulation that was done by him and his workers. 2/3 of our triple crown molding was stolen by his workers as well as ladders and a cabinet door front. Jay was never at the job monitoring his workers so most of the work that was done has to be redone since it looks terrible. They were careless with the job and didn't cover the floors or countertops leaving paint in the grout of our floor and messing up the countertops. They hardly ever reported to the job on time which caused the project to take FOREVER!

I was scammed by a man named Brian Shakesnider and his wife. I paid them a deposit to build two gates for my home, and they never came back. When I politely asked for my money back, he got angry, cursed at me, and blocked me. I work very hard for what I have. I'm a single mother. I don't rely on government assistance or child support--I earn every dollar to provide a safe and stable home for my children. This money was meant to improve our space and give them something better. I trusted them. I believed their words and promises. And what hurts the most is they hide behind God's name, posting prayers and preaching online, yet their actions are dishonest and wrong. You can't steal from others and then act like you're walking in faith. If you know Brian Shakesnider tell him you don't play with people's lives--and you definitely don't play with God's word. Karma is real. And maybe the reason things never improve for them is because you can't build something good off the back of lies. Again, please share this.
