So after coordinating time off from work and driving 45 minutes one way, I left without being treated. I was offered to come back in 3 hours or to schedule for another day, both if which I declined. I will be changing my referral to another provider. Peoples time is important, please pay closer attention when doing your job, and have a little more respect for your patients time and maybe consider not wasting people's time and having a negative impact on their work lives as well.

They even let us bring in our pups to see her because my aunt loved our dog, as long as they were vaccinated which they were because we belonged to a dog park that requires them. The other residents really enjoyed our dogs as well. The one time that they were kinda rude was the day my aunt passed away. She already crossed to the other side, but we were all in there to say our goodbyes. It was extremely hot in the room so I had to step out a few times. One of the times I stepped out, it was a young man I had never met before demand rudely why I was out in the hallway several times. He was working at the desk right across the room so I figured he would have known that the patient across from his desk had passed. I explained to him that our family member had passed, but it was extremely hot in the room which he did finally turn his attitude around for. I've had nothing, but pleasant experiences here while visiting except for with this person.

Estephanie was awesome as an assistant; she's very professional and has great customer service skills. My therapist, Don, was awesome! He is very thorough and informative; he listens and makes sure the patient understands. Don is also very encouraging and praises improvement; he has a great sense of humor also. The office/facility is small but not in a bad way; there is enough room do exercises without bumping into anyone or anything and it does not feel crowded. I would recommend this office to friends and family!

Instead of receiving a straightforward response, the therapist became defensive, which made me very uncomfortable. I was also told that payment for the records had to be made in cash only, with no option to pay by card or any digital payment method. I found that unusual and inconvenient. Patients should be able to request their medical records and treatment plans without feeling like they're causing a problem. My goal was only to stay informed about my own care, but the interaction left me disappointed and frustrated.
