This man has clearly never seen an enhanced drivers license from the state he works in. Upon return of my ID discovered multiple cracks and breaks in my license which now has to be replaced. When I confronted other employees from the same company I was brushed off and told to "google" the company to file a complaint. I believe I at least deserve compensation for the cost of replacing my license and recommend this company evaluate more closely the people they hire to perform services such as these. Extremely unprofessional still in shock as to how poorly I was treated and the damage incurred on my drivers license.
