I contacted Rudy who was working this particular day. She said it is a shared business between her & her husband and her brother. So it's definitely a family-owned business. She knocked on the door to let me know she was there, but you do not need to be home for this service. You simply place the bins where they can get to them and schedule to have your bins cleaned the day after the city trash pick up date. If you want your recycle bin done also, then be sure to schedule the date both bins have been emptied by the city. Rudy placed each of my bins in her machine to be cleaned. After they were complete, I swear they smelled AMAZING. Who knew a trash bin could smell so GOOD !!!! The debris and black marks I had previously seen were all gone. Instead, the bins were fresh scrubbed and completely clean ! Wow, what a difference ! I highly recommend you try this service out. Andrew started out washing windows as a college student. A very personable guy, he innovated and grew this part-time effort to earn money into a full-time business. In just three years he grew from Andrew's Window Cleaning into Wash-It-Pros. They do windows, but now do whole house exterior and deck cleaning, using the same equipment. And he now has employees who do the work. The technology that makes spotless a reality is a water processing system that reduces particulate matter from the water. If you have seen the advertisements for Brita v. Zero Water you know that tap water has particulate matter, ie. stuff, in the water. Filters take out this stuff that generally has a particular count of around 150 units. Wash-It-Pros' system reduces the particle count to about 2. This allows they to brush scrub your windows, decks and home exteriors without detergent. And once dirt is removed, the rinse air dries leaving spotless glass. It really does work. Service is great. Employees are friendly and helpful. They are conscientious about preventing water coming into the house and they take their shoes off when indoors. Also, they remove screens and clean them. Wash windows inside and out. And replace the screens when done. We have never experienced such efficient and un-messy approach in cleaning.
