The job was done thoroughly, nothing was missed, and although I am super OCD about cleaning even I was impressed and will continue to use them on a regular basis. I know she has done that to other homes she cleaned, so I'm out. Would NOT suggest them. From Sabrina's response it's obvious how abrupt she can be. Be aware if you decide to hire them. They were extremely professional from start to finish--showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly take pride in their work. What really stood out was their attention to detail. After they wrapped up, they took the time to walk me around the property, point out a few problem areas, and even offered helpful advice on how to address them. It's rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like that. Very pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend BrightSight to anyone looking for quality exterior cleaning.
