Was hopeful that I'd have a great experience with my pedicure but, like so many salons today, the pricing is through the roof. The basic pedicure is no frills and that's fine, but the fact that it's $35 and then I have to pay $5 extra to have my callouses removed blows my mind and not in a good way. Nothing added to the foot bath, barely trimmed my nails down, no cuticle work, barely filed to shape them. Didn't even get my callouses on my big toes and I didn't realize until it was too late or I'd have gone back. Look, I get it, my feet are a challenge but for the love of all that's holy can someone just actually take some pride in their work and give the customer what they're paying for? Worst experience ever. came in to get my nails done w my friend & immediately staff was so rude. they told my friend that she should never do her own gel nails herself because they looked bad. after that the lady yelled at me to go sit across the room after she told me I could sit by my friend. then when i tried to get help color matching she threw the nail palate at me to choose. when i couldn't choose quick enough for her she refused to do my nails. Been going to this salon for two years. I always have multiple people ask me who does my nails because they always look great. When I get designs they are so amazing. For Fourth of July I got stars and stripes (wish I took a picture). I had at least 5 people ask me if I had stickers on my nails because the stars were so perfect. Highly recommend! read more

If I could give this place zero starts I would. Never have I ever been so disrespected at a nail place, also within the first 5 minutes. They stated how my nails looked bad and unhealthy and how I shouldnt be doing my own nails because it looked bad. They made MULTIPLE disrespectful comments during the session. They also REFUSED my friends service because she took "too long to pick a color". my friend wanted dipped, but they didn't ask her, and they were going to do gel, but my friend said how she wanted a dip. The lady was exasperated and threw the dip colors at my friend, yes THREW them. My friend asked for help to find a red, the lady told her that "she just needs to look". Then my friend picked a color, they brought the WRONG color over, and my friend told them that it was a different color than she picked, and then the lady said " I CANT DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU, I WILL NOT DO YOUR NAILS" They YELLED at my friend after telling her to sit down, that wanted her to move to another chair after they TOLD her where to sit and they even gave her a chair and they were rude about it. They told a dad, extremely rudely, that his DAUGHTER HAD TO LEAVE, she was sitting quietly on his phone, not being disruptive at all. Also my nails were quickly done and messed up. My best friend comes here often to get her nails done and she's never had any problems. She loves it here so I was super excited for a girls day out. She took me here and the guy doing my nails was pretty unprofessional, complimenting me an excessive amount, assuming I was a model or saying I should do movies. At first I was very flattered and it was making my day, but he proceeded to try and upsell me on everything after that. I decided to get a pedicure and then the deluxe because he was being nice, but then he rushed through the whole experience and told me my feet really needed work. It's been two weeks now, and my no chip polish has already flaked off on my toes, and my acrylics were rushed through and a little sloppy. I started going here regularly and had almost no complaints until the last time I went. Each time I went they told me that I must make an appointment, yet I still had to wait sometimes up to 20 minutes while other people were getting in before me without an appointment. I could easily get past that if it wasn't for the awful customer service. One woman in particular was so rude, I left in tears! I am very insecure about my short nails and at one point, she pulled my hand over to the nail tech next to her and said "nail biter" and they laughed which I found extremely rude. I specifically asked for holographic nails (as pictured). When I showed her a picture of what I wanted she acted annoyed and told me to just pick a color. She did not listen to what I wanted and when I said something about her not using the holographic powder like I had asked, she was visibly upset and argued that I never asked for that. At first glance the nails looked good but the more I looked, the more I saw. They were uneven, lopsided, and way too thick! I literally had to file them myself when I got home because they were so uneven. This was easily probably the worst set i've ever gotten. The only exception is the man that works there, if you must go here make sure you request him! Other than that, I really wanted to like this place but if you're looking for great nails and great customer service, this is not your place!! read more

The service here was fantastic however I've had my nails done for 2 days and 2 of the acrylic nails already came off. I did get my nails long but they've never broken this fast before. The guy that did my nails even put extra acrylic on the bottom of them and told me they wouldn't break from any angle. I went to Pro nails today. I asked for a full set. They took the old acrylic nail stuff off, without adding any tips because the man said my real nail was salvageable and good to use. Anyhow, I got 3 fingers painted with dark gray, 1 finger painted with light gray and my ring finger painted in silver and they charged me over $58.00. No nail art, no special designs, or no extra stand out colors either. They justified the price change because I chose 3 different colors, which any of you that have had nails done before know that it don't take anymore from 3 different bottles of color to do than it does 1 bottle to do all the nails the same color. I've been going to this same place over 2 years and was offended they would ask so much. I've never had to pay more than $40 there before (P.S, and I usually tip very generously). I will never go back to this place and give them my hard earned money after they asked so much. I didn't even give me artificial tips that I had originally asked for to boot. They covered my original nail with the acrylic powder and shaped them before painting which caused my fingers to be terribly sore this evening. I would have recommended this place to anyone before but after my experience today, I wouldn't no longer recommend them to anyone unless you are ready to just throw your money away! First and last time I will ever go here. A friend recommended this place and after getting a gel fillin she a pedicure with no designs my bill was $63. I was shocked considering they told me a fill was $30 and a pedicure was $25. After, looking at my nails I saw my edges were terrible and sloppy. I had air bubbles on my nails. I went back to talk to the owner about my nails and my bill. He told me it was $5 to get the razor and I told him no one told me this. His reply was the guy doing my feet always tells people. I said oh him holding the razor up and mumbling something to me was him telling me it was $5. I looked at him and said do I want that? He shook his head and I said yes. I mean in the 15 years I e been getting pedicures I've never paid extra fur the razor. I feel that's half of the reason why people get them. The owner then told me it was $3 fir my nail repair. I was like what nail repair? He said she did a repair and I replied no she didn't. He said oh she said she did must have been for your cutdown. Your nails were long then. Hadn't gotten my nails done in a long time so I decided to go into pro nails. I was going to get the basic set but the nail tech recommend that i get the pink and white set so I did. Afterwards, my nails were so sore from filing them too much, that I could barely button my own jeans. Then, after a week a nail broke but I was told these nails were less likely to break. Went to get it fixed and he just filled the part that broke off without filing it down to make the break less visible. So anyone can see where the nail broke. I just had my nails done and my eyebrows waxed. First off, they were very pushing with trying to get you to have more done than what you came in for. All I wanted was my polish taken off and they were very adamant about giving me a french manicure, which I did not want. We settled on a coat of polish that I liked, but they did not hide their dissatisfaction that I didn't agree with them. And as far as the eyebrows go, lets just say they took off way too much off and my eyebrows are currently uneven. My only fix I have is to let them grow out. I am a very dissatisfied customer and I will never return. The nail technician asked where I had my nails done last (because I had shellac) I told them Jackie's nails and all they could do was bad mouth them. It was very unprofessional of them. I would recommend going to Jackie's Nails. They are more professional and do not push you to have services done that you do not want. I personally have never had an issue with Jackie's nails, they may be more expensive but at least when I leave I am not frustrated when I should be relaxed. read more
