We scheduled service for the next day, and they spent hours digging up hard clay soil to replace the backflow preventer. After the new backflow preventer was installed, they proceeded to hydro jet our main sewer line from the ground and through a roof vent until it was completely clean. This plumbing company does not stop until they finish the job, they are a top-tier professional plumbing company that I would highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
