Either they have enough customers who have boatloads of cash or they, like a lot of businesses post-COVID-19, forgot what customer service is. I cannot recommend this company any longer. Hire neighborhood high schoolers and teach them how to help you maintain your yard with the benefit of giving them a way to afford college or trade school.
