The tree was dangerously hanging over my house and my neighbor's house and had dropped a limb literally one day after the last tree trimmer "made it safe". It was an insurance claim waiting to happen. I was quoted $1500 to trim it back to where I requested, which I agreed to, and they got me on the schedule shortly thereafter. They spent the last 9 hours at my house and it looks so much safer now! In fact, when they had cut it back to where we previously agreed one branch was still hollowed out so I requested they cut off some more. They could have said "no" and driven off, but they broke out the chainsaw they had just put away and got back in the bucket lift. When they were all done, they blew off the leaves and sawdust from my rooftop and gutters, raked my lawn, and they even help out a local family by giving them the wood they cut up. When all was said and done I did end up paying an extra $500 for the extra work, but that was entirely by my request and they most definitely earned it. I'll definitely call Grassworx 208 for any tree-trimming needs in the future. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

He was quick to come out and "FIXED" the problem only for it to quit working again 2 days later. Again, he came out to fix faulty part. 2 days later we had the pilot light keep going out. I called to see if he could come fix the problem. He would not answer my call nor return my call after I left several voice messages over a period of a month. Totally unprofessional!!! I feel like he should have at least responded and either come fix the problem (I would not have expected to not pay a fee) or tell me he could not come fix it. Terribly disappointed in his service, professionalism, and follow through. Problem still not fixed! Would not recommend his for this type of service!
