I was helping a client find a reliable drywall contractor and luckily stumbled upon Miguel and Pro-Elite Drywall through Thumbtack. Within minutes of reaching out, he responded and -- thanks to his years of experience -- was able to provide a very reasonable, accurate quote quickly just through texts and photos. No lengthy back-and-forth, no wasted time. The crew showed up, got straight to work, and did an absolutely outstanding job hanging drywall on her garage laundry wall after water damage. The quality of the work speaks for itself -- clean, professional, and done right. They even left the space spotless when they were finished. My client was thoroughly impressed, especially having dealt with less-than-professional contractors in the past. Miguel and his team were a breath of fresh air from start to finish. We will absolutely be calling them again and recommending Pro-Elite Drywall to everyone we know. Look no further! read more

My go to for all drywall related projects! Did an amazing job covering up plaster texture on ceiling as well as skim coating a bathroom after removing wallpaper. Great price, nice communication, and has always done an excellent job. Thanks! read more

Miguel came out to give me a quote. He was on time, professional, friendly and the quote was accurate for a licensed professional. I ended up hiring a friend of my family, but if I didn't have a personal relationship he would be my go to. The quote I received was reasonable for the size and scope of the job. read more

Another amazing, high quality job done by Pro - Elite. Thank you. I would definitely do business with these guys again!!

After I shared the pictures with my neighbors they said I should get my money back or cancel my check. They started out strong; however, the final job was sloppy and when I called 10 minutes after they left to come back and fix it, they refused. Job price was mid-range not the least expensive, but not the most expensive. read more

Did a great job repairing my banged-up entry way to my kitchen. Good communication. On time. Thank you!

We hired them based on the amazing reviews. Not sure what happened...the work is terrible. I'm not going to get into too many details. We hired them to mud/texture our walls and ceilings, install new drywall in some areas. The workmanship was OK, I mean 4/10. The lack of care for our house, flooring, etc is beyond comprehending. We are having new flooring installed over, but the amount of mud, paint is insane. See photos. they taped off the flooring in the bedrooms only...very odd. The pictures do not do justice as to how many hours I have spent scraping, sanding. Unfortunately, since we are not living there during the remodel, we paid him before I realized the scope of the bad work. Miguel agreed to do extra work for free to make up for the poor work. Then he tried to bill me for it. Lol read more

It was a small job, but these guys were so helpful. They were able to get everything done in about an hour or less and were able to work within my budget. I just needed some really bad patch jobs fixed - plumbers and speaker installers are not drywall people so I've had these bad patch jobs for months and finally looked for experts in the drywall category. They came in, put down drop cloths, put up plastic, and made sure there was no mess. I'm very happy with their work and the texturing. It's all ready for us to paint. read more

I would lie start by saying I called Pro-Elite and got the work done by them. Miguel., the owner was courteous, punctual and a good listener. We had major water damage in the closet in the master bedroom and had to call the water mitigation company (they also did a great job). We also had two other minor drywall damages because of past leakages. At this point, we decided to get the whole house repiped and that introduced some more wall damages. In total, we had drywall repair work required in all three bathrooms, all three bedrooms and the kitchen area, and the dining area (and one repair in the garage). This was a lot of work and I decide to get quotes from multiple drywall repair companies. To my surprise, the quote from Pro-Elite was almost half than most other quotes I received. I was a bit skeptical about that but eventually, we decided to go with them because we had already spent a lot of money in water mitigation and repiping. And now I am not regretting the decision. Miguel came home to get the estimate and I didn't have to come home from work. We were on the phone while he took pictures and then he sent me the estimate by the next day. They were ready to start work immediately. Miguel's guys (Victor and Jesus) were very good, experienced people. They worked like professionals and knew what they were doing. They respected all our requests (like leaving a particular area alone for some time for us). They repaired all the dry walls in the house, and it took them 5 days to do that (I was told ahead of time that it will take 4-5 days). Then Miguel arranged for a painter to come over. Roberto showed up on time and he told me he would finish the painting in 3 days (he did it in two and half days). Frankly speaking, I was not able to see any difference in the areas he painted from other areas in the house. The paint matched perfectly and no one can tell that some walls are repainted. He did a good job. Both parties were extremely careful of covering other parts of the house and they didn't spill any dust in those areas. And they cleaned up nicely after they were done with their work. And all the people who came in the house wore masks and were careful of maintaining the distance. Overall, I am very happy with their work and I am glad that I recruited Pro-Elite Drywall Services for our drywall repairs. I will call them again if I need drywall or painting serviced and I recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

The workers showed up and had the drywall up quickly. The second day, things were mudded and textured. The room looked great and our satisfaction was confirmed before requesting payment. I think they did a great job at a reasonable price. read more

Miguel and his crew just finished a garage remodel for me and it looks amazing! We have a garage that has been previously (and poorly) converted into an art studio with drywall. That looked terrible and we also wanted to add a bathroom and laundry room. Fast forward through all the demolition and framing to Pro-Elite and Miguel. I wanted someone to just do the drywall and I had planned to do the insulation and painting myself. Miguel very respectfully asked if I would like a quote for those as well in case I was interested in having them do it and I said, sure, why not. Well, I'm very happy that I did because his prices for the insulation & paint, and of course the drywall work, were excellent. We hired Pro-Elite for all three and could not be happier. Miguel and his team were fantastic. They were on time, worked very hard, and the end work product looks great. We are so happy to have had them do all the work for us, and at a very reasonable price. I quoted this out to four different contractors and Pro-Elite was the lowest price but also performed really great work. Highly recommend! read more

Pro Elite is the best there is when it comes to drywall repair. They provided an estimate over email, delivered a quality service at a fair price, communicated proactively before, during, and after the job, and left our home spotless with the work finished. On the day of, they showed up on time and they were so quiet, I barely even knew they were working! It's very evident that they treat their customers' homes as they would treat their own or that of their family. I can't wait to hire them again for my next job. You should too. I really liked the work from "Pro-elite drywall services" for drywall repair work! They were very reasonably priced, and I got at least 3 quotes. It is not only about the price, but the quality of work. I'm very happy with the result! I definitely will have them as my go-to for drywall repairs. Highly recommended! read more

Miguel and team are FANTASTIC. Not only the quality of the work (Patch and texture 11 holes) but the thoroughness of prepping the area to protect the area with cover is amazing. We needed to close out a big hole in the garage wall after plumbing had been added for a laundry sink. It's a new house and I wanted it restored to code - no shortcuts. I didn't want to look at that wall in years to come and regret compromising on quality. This was not the lowest quote we had but I felt confident they'd do a good job. Miguel figured out the best way to do this and and Hugo certainly delivered a very professional repair. Once we get a coat of paint on it you'd never know - which was the intention. Thank you guys. read more

If I could give a zero , I would. I called this morning requesting an estimate. I explained a bit about not being happy with the insurance company's referral. The "gentleman" I spoke to said that he knew what I was doing - that is- trying to pocket the insurance money. I sent photos at 11:56 am with no response. My insurance company had a contractor call me regarding the drywall replacement. After much confusion, they finally got to my claim, and I made an appointment for later this week. The next day, I received another call, stating that they needed to repair the leak, do the remediation, and then the replacement. Said they would be available in 5 days. The leak was already fixed. How any company would think it was ok to let something leak for 5 days is incompetent. At that point, I started looking for a drywall company to get estimates. I believe I found Pro-elite via Angies list - where I was a member for many years. That snarky comment about my trying to "pocket" insurance money was totally unnecessary and uncalled for. I was simply looking for estimates. I received no estimate. I am a 71 year old retired elementary school teacher, and do not appreciate being treated this way, when I am simply trying to get some drywall work done. Disgraceful! I will look into how I can get feedback to Angies list, because this was horrible customer service. read more

We had cabinets and a half wall removed from a hallway when we were getting our hard wood installed. Once removed, there was a two inch hole in the drywall running from the floor to the ceiling as well as damage to the walls as well as a patch of popcorn ceiling exposed that didn't match the texture of the rest. I called Miguel and Francisco, they were quick to respond, and I followed up with a text / picture of our repair work. Within a few hours we had a quote and had scheduled time with their team. Octavio showed up promptly, prepped to ensure dust was contained and wood floors protected and then worked on the dry wall patching. Omar came to ensure texture on wall matched with the rest of the house. Miguel came to check on work and to make sure things ran smoothly. I appreciated the clean up at the end and am very happy with the results! read more

These guys were great! I had a wall with a couple of enormous mirrors that I needed removed and then have the drywall underneath repaired and textured. I tried maybe half a dozen other places and either got no reply or they replied that didn't want to do it. I emailed Pro-Elite and Miguel got back to me right away. I sent him some pictures and he gave me an estimate right away, and was able to schedule a crew out in a couple days to complete the job. Miguel was great about communication, he emailed again the day of the job to let me know who was coming out and they showed up on time ready to go. The crew was professional and friendly, they did a great job of prepping to contain dust and cleaned up afterwards. They even textured a difficult to reach area underneath my stairs that I told them I didn't really care about. They said they wanted it to match because it was next to the area they put new texture on. I could tell these guys actually cared about doing a good job. Miguel's team did a tremendous job repairing dry wall in the kitchen area of my condo. Pricing was straightforward and upfront, no hidden surprises, and extremely competitive compared to other quotes I had gotten. The Pro Elite team hand textured the wall to match the rest of the kitchen, went out and matched the paint as well! They also applied a fresh coat to the remainder of the wall, at no additional cost.
