We hired them based on the amazing reviews. Not sure what happened...the work is terrible. I'm not going to get into too many details. We hired them to mud/texture our walls and ceilings, install new drywall in some areas. The workmanship was OK, I mean 4/10. The lack of care for our house, flooring, etc is beyond comprehending. We are having new flooring installed over, but the amount of mud, paint is insane. See photos. ​ they taped off the flooring in the bedrooms only...very odd. The pictures do not do justice as to how many hours I have spent scraping, sanding. I would lie start by saying I called Pro-Elite and got the work done by them. Miguel., the owner was courteous, punctual and a good listener. We had major water damage in the closet in the master bedroom and had to call the water mitigation company (they also did a great job). We also had two other minor drywall damages because of past leakages. At this point, we decided to get the whole house repiped and that introduced some more wall damages. In total, we had drywall repair work required in all three bathrooms, all three bedrooms and the kitchen area, and the dining area (and one repair in the garage). This was a lot of work and I decide to get quotes from multiple drywall repair companies. To my surprise, the quote from Pro-Elite was almost half than most other quotes I received. I was a bit skeptical about that but eventually, we decided to go with them because we had already spent a lot of money in water mitigation and repiping. And now I am not regretting the decision. Miguel came home to get the estimate and I didn't have to come home from work. We were on the phone while he took pictures and then he sent me the estimate by the next day. They were ready to start work immediately. Miguel's guys (Victor and Jesus) were very good, experienced people. They worked like professionals and knew what they were doing. They respected all our requests (like leaving a particular area alone for some time for us). They repaired all the dry walls in the house, and it took them 5 days to do that (I was told ahead of time that it will take 4-5 days). Then Miguel arranged for a painter to come over. Roberto showed up on time and he told me he would finish the painting in 3 days (he did it in two and half days). Frankly speaking, I was not able to see any difference in the areas he painted from other areas in the house. The paint matched perfectly and no one can tell that some walls are repainted. He did a good job. Both parties were extremely careful of covering other parts of the house and they didn't spill any dust in those areas. And they cleaned up nicely after they were done with their work. And all the people who came in the house wore masks and were careful of maintaining the distance. Overall, I am very happy with their work and I am glad that I recruited Pro-Elite Drywall Services for our drywall repairs. I will call them again if I need drywall or painting serviced and I recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

Miguel and his crew just finished a garage remodel for me and it looks amazing! We have a garage that has been previously (and poorly) converted into an art studio with drywall. That looked terrible and we also wanted to add a bathroom and laundry room. Fast forward through all the demolition and framing to Pro-Elite and Miguel. If I could give a zero , I would. I called this morning requesting an estimate. I explained a bit about not being happy with the insurance company's referral. The "gentleman" I spoke to said that he knew what I was doing - that is- trying to pocket the insurance money. I sent photos at 11:56 am with no response. My insurance company had a contractor call me regarding the drywall replacement. After much confusion, they finally got to my claim, and I made an appointment for later this week. The next day, I received another call, stating that they needed to repair the leak, do the remediation, and then the replacement. Said they would be available in 5 days. The leak was already fixed. How any company would think it was ok to let something leak for 5 days is incompetent. At that point, I started looking for a drywall company to get estimates. I believe I found Pro-elite via Angies list - where I was a member for many years. That snarky comment about my trying to "pocket" insurance money was totally unnecessary and uncalled for. I was simply looking for estimates. I received no estimate. I am a 71 year old retired elementary school teacher, and do not appreciate being treated this way, when I am simply trying to get some drywall work done. Disgraceful! We had cabinets and a half wall removed from a hallway when we were getting our hard wood installed. Once removed, there was a two inch hole in the drywall running from the floor to the ceiling as well as damage to the walls as well as a patch of popcorn ceiling exposed that didn't match the texture of the rest. These guys were great! I had a wall with a couple of enormous mirrors that I needed removed and then have the drywall underneath repaired and textured. I tried maybe half a dozen other places and either got no reply or they replied that didn't want to do it. I emailed Pro-Elite and Miguel got back to me right away.
