He gave me peace of mind on very short notice when others were either unavailable or thought the job was too small. Here's what happened. I was having a new AC system installed over 3 days, and since my lanai is tiny, I also had to have a glass company temporarily remove a window and sliding glass door. Neither had the supplies to cover the resulting giant hole in the wall overnight. So I quickly scrambled to find a handyman on Yelp, requesting several quotes. Juan didn't just email me back--he called in less than an hour. He immediately understood what I needed and had the openings covered with plywood the same day AND was kind enough to wait until the AC crew was finished for the day. I will definitely be calling him for future projects.

So early next day I called several handyman and was able to talk to Juan and he did the job the same day. Great communication, Juan was able to run to Lowes to pick up a new window AC unit for the Condo that I pre-purchased online. Everything went smoothly from the time I called him till the time he finish the job. From the time I called him, it took less than one hour to get back to me. He got to Lowes to pick up the AC really quick and equally quick to the condo. The whole job took about 6 hours and he even took the old AC to the recycling center. Greatly recommended, and the next time I am in a jam, he will be the first for me to reach out to.

It was certainly a wild choice from previous homeowners. Rodolfo made it look easy though - he wasn't stressed by the weirdness, was super quick, super communicative, and really organized!!!
