The car is a high mileage daily-work car and was in need of a refresh. Marco returned the interior to seriously to a just-like-new-look and a just-like-new-feel. All the nooks and crannies and carpets and mats and trim pieces all were cleaned. The windows have NEVER looked this clean, even when purchased from the dealer. And exterior... Wow! The hand-wash, detailed scrub, and ceramic coating make the car glisten like crazy! Marco's prices were competitive, and his interactions were very professional. He is very friendly. Marco answered my quote request very promptly, communicated extremely well, and showed up and did the job as scheduled (Note: Not all detailers can check all these boxes). So yeah, I highly recommend Diaz Detailing to anyone, and will likely be looking to him for future detail work as I need it.

I chose Final Touch Auto Detail primarily because of their high star rating on Yelp. Their quoted…read moreprice of $400 was significantly higher than other estimates I received, but after speaking with the owner we agreed on $350 with the clear understanding that the results would be exceptional at that price. Unfortunately, when the job was finished my wife and I were extremely disappointed. We found multiple spots on the paint that came off easily with just a fingernail. There was also a small scratch area on one of the doors that had not been buffed out -- we had to point it out ourselves before it was addressed. The "ceramic coating" they applied was so ineffective that I ended up using my own ceramic coating product afterward just to get the level of protection and finish we were expecting in the first place. We learned an expensive lesson. High ratings and a higher price do not always equal quality work.

Great service Chris, the owner was very helpful and the job…read morewas done professionally and thoroughly. Don't use one of those "pop-up", "come to your house" detailers. Chris has been in business since Garden City was a little seedier. They are OG Idaho residents. I called, asked for a quote for the interior of my car and I got a quick response. I booked it for 10 days down the road and took it in. My 4Runner headliner was A MESS from dust, water and who knows what being sucked in through the back window. Headliner looks great, carpet restored to new, vinyl looks amazing, and the tired leather has it's original luster. Go see Chris and his team, they did a fantastic job. He even offered me a ride home when I thought I'd have to use Uber, so I added a little "thank you" to his fee.
