Getting on the road requires preparation. My sis-in-law recommend this place. Awesome customer service from Austin, (entry point) straight out the gate. He explained my choices in a knowledgeable fashion and gave me his name in case I had any issues. Rip Off!! They charge your credit card for monthly services that you did NOT sign up for. They pay their guys commissions for selling unlimited services so even when you say NO, they charge you anyway . This is why they never give you a receipt. Don't use this place. It is a rip off.... read more

Like a fool instead of going to Rainbow Car wash I decided to pull in since I was driving by. I thought they were closed because I was the only car there. After me experience today I can understand why. Wouldn't go back for free!! Not sure but I think they may be the highest priced car wash in the city. I cancelled my service 4 months ago because I was not satisfied with the service. Yet I continue to be billed each month. Each month I stop in the office and confirm cancellation. They refund me the $37 and still charge me the following month. I have not used their service since October. I do not recommend this buisness! read more

Broken again today, this car wash needs new ownership. I don't know how it's possible to run a business so poorly.

Decent price for full service. My car needed a bath, inside and out. Looks pretty, smells great, clean windows.

My car has now been sitting out there 10 minutes with the water baking on it leaving spots all over it. There are 4-5 people working and only 3 cars out there, one employee is on his phone. The wash is decent for $20 bucks and unlimited washes, but the full service sucks! The $8 base wash did not clean my car well enough compared to other locations that charge the same price or lower. Exactly half of the vacuums did not work and the ones that did, did not have enough suck to actually clean my car. The floor mat cleaner also didn't work. My car is nearly as dirty as it was when I arrived. read more

High price for a terrible car wash. $25 and the inside was still dirty. I would not use this business again. Tires were not cleaned and treated, Windows were dirty, dusty dashboard, and dirt between the seats. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I took my car in for a full detailing and was told it would take 35 minutes to an hour. I left and grabbed lunch and 1 hour and 40 minutes later they still had not touched my car. When I asked why they told me because so many cars came in at once AFTER me they were trying to get those done first because customers were standing there getting angry for the wait. So because I'm not screaming at you my car gets pushed to the side and cars that came in an hour after me have priority? Terrible customer service. They offered no resolve to maybe pull an extra body to get it done just said here's your refund bye. So 2 hours later I leave with a car just as dirty as when I pulled in. Terrible!!!! read more

Long time repeat customer but will never go back. Employees rush you through the car wash without even looking at the car. They should have noticed I had an antenna up when they walked around the car to spot spray not they did not say anything. My antenna was bent and now won't close all the way. When I talked to manager Andy he said that's too bad and they don't care if I never come back. read more

I've been to this car wash a Few times and every time is just ok. There are a bunch of young guys that work there that seem to be very nonchalant with their service. I went to get my car service for the superior interior wash, which says in the description they wash down seats and plastic as well as vacuum under and between sheets. They did not clean my center console at all nor did they vacuum in between my seats. I went back the next day and all they did was wipe the center console but still left the mess under and between my seats. At this point I just said forget it and vowed to not go back and waste my money. If I pay for a superior service I expect exactly that. read more

If I'm going to pay for $12 dollars for a car wash I expect the car to be clean. It's like the wash missed the rear end of my car. Avoid this place, there are places with automatic machines that charge less and do a better job. read more

The worst interior car wash I have ever had there. Dust left on the dash by the speedometer, dirt in well by the stick shift, etc. I made the mistake of not checking over the car before I left. Paid $29 and am now re-doing parts of the interior. read more

I purchased the 2nd most expensive option. $25 and tipped $5 before they got to my car. It's a joke, they were done in less than 5 mins and the cars is dirty all over the place, both rims and inside. A person with no hands could've done a better job. Never go there people!!!!! read more

Worst cleaning or lack of cleaning windows, especially the front window. When asked about the oversight both employees demonstrate that they did not know how to clean. Left frustrated after several attempts showing them smudges and dirt. read more

This place under new management has seriously gone downhill. My toddler could clean a car better. What a shame. They do same packages but per asst mgr have been instructed by gm to only wipe down seats not the same level or areas of cleanings and no explanation of changes. He said they've been getting lots of customer complaints. They now want you to buy $48 package to get your inside of car clean like it used to be under basic package before for $17. The mats were washed and put back in w food still in them seats weren't even lifted to get swept or wiped down. Cup holder areas aren't included in price of basic package cleaning anymore and neither are behind the seats. read more

this place sucks. do not go here my boyfriend took his van here and the car wash had no water, it dry buffed the entire van. instead of a refund they gave him 2 free vip treatments. we took my car there and the same thing happened, no water except for what he sprayed on it at the beginning. stay away. read more

Formerly a Mr. Clean, this is now a Pro Clean Car Wash. My overall experience was not a positive one. Upon arrival, you select from a menu of very overpriced services. I wanted a basic interior and exterior clean but experienced problems with options popping up on the automated system and eventually a live attendant came out to assist me. You pay first and then remain in the car as it goes thru the automated cleaning tunnel. That moves along pretty quickly and then you drive into one of the bays where you leave your vehicle while someone hand-cleans. If you're lucky and the weather is nice, you can sit outside at a table during the long wait for your car to be ready. If you're not, you have to go inside the recently downsized waiting area which can only be described as a filthy dump. There is a wall-mounted tv blarring, dirty floors, a messy desk, and guest chairs and stools that are ready to be donated to charity or simply put out with the trash. The tables are dirty, fabric is stained, and just nothing looks like it's been cleaned - ever. My car actually came out pretty clean but the lack of friendliness and distasteful waiting area were major turn offs and I won't be going back. read more
