Worst car wash ever . Payed for vacuuming . My car has dirt and crumbs all over it's terrible. Waited one hour for short board wash and it looks like nobody even cleaned it. Place is under construction. Smells bad nowhere to sit . Wow . Never go here . Please. Big Waste of time and money . read more

This is hands down the best kept secret in full service car wash. Very attentive to detail. Environment, totally a pleasure. Friendly, but professional. Pricing for what you get, beats all others. 10 stars plus! Thank you. read more

They did a great job! Staff was polite and friendly. My car was nice and clean - inside and out!

If you want your cash washed GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Car went through wash sat in sun for 30 minutes. It still had dirt on entire trunk and bumper. Very disorganized and lack any kind of supervision. They offered to re wash the car. Once was enough. I would give a negative star if possible. Ed read more

I will start with my biggest complaint: they claimed my car was ready, but when I came outside, I can assure you it was no where near ready. There were so many spots that they missed, from leaves still in my car, to dirty rims. If you can name a spot, it was probably still dirty. This is just sad, because I had purchased the "platinum". It should've been near spotless. Far from it. It was a quick and careless job, done by people who must not care about good results. I had to stand there for 30 minutes pointing out the flaws in their mediocre job. Do not go here. I plan on going to Jupiter next time, for I feel Stuart might not possess the caliber of expertise or perfection I seek. Or simply a decent waiting room. The waiting room is incredibly tacky, blasting rap music to promote their mediocre speakers and their loudly advertised car tints. It used to be a lovely, beachy theme where you can buy a smoothie. Now it is this tacky, car themed room, with the tackiest chairs with car tire arm rests; it does not feel inviting whatsoever. I know there are better, cuter, places explicitly offering hand wash for the same price for what I paid, and I found it in Jupiter. I plan on going there next time, and I never plan on going here again read more

Great car wash that you can do yourself and I love that they offer cloths for clients to use while they are drying their car or vacuuming. Got three days worth of the beach out of my car by myself...winning! read more

We left our pilot there to get complete detail with dale for day Promised time late afternoon to be finished. I had to miss doctors appts as they didn't even start. They kept overnight missed more appts and got it third day. Really and the job was pretty poor Really made me..... Called back to talk to fake he was no longer there and Symantha new GM was there. Discussed this her and still waiting to see if they make right read more

If possible I would give ZERO stars. I purchased the ultimate inside to get carpets washed but that was the only good thing about this place. There was still visible crumbs on seats and the wiping of the dash left a lot to be desired. When I drove off i heard a loud clanking and realized there was something on my roof but wasn't able to immediately pull over, then I saw the cup holder coasters fly off and almost hit the car behind me. These are heavy ceramic ones. That night I realized my cpap machine was missing. I thought maybe I misplaced it so I didn't say anything. When I called them at opening the following day(9am) to question about it they said they would call the individual who did the cleaning to find out. We never heard back. At 2pm we went there and asked. They had to call him because now, 5 hrs later they still had not bothered to find out about it. We had to wait over an hour because they couldn't get up with him until then. Together we searched all around and discovered another basket that was ours that was just left there and not returned to our car. But not my machine. I explained to them that this is medical equipment and it's urgent that I have it, and how expensive it is ($900). It was a shit show of incompetence. Turns out the guy found it but put it under counter and didn't tell anyone. And nobody bothered to check. Even after all this time. My name and phone number and address was inside. Could have been easily solved. When I asked why didn't anyone open it to look for owner information they said they don't open anything up that's left there. So basically, if they forget to put your belongings back in your vehicle unless you go and question, your stuff will just sit there and rot because they can't be bothered to try to figure out who it belongs to. The only compenso received was money for the lost coasters. Nothing for all the time I had to wait and aggravation. Manager was not in hurry to help out. So if you do go don't have James do your detail. I say DONT BOTHER giving them your money. read more

CarPro will wash your car about as well as an automatic dishwasher can clean a three-day lasagne dish. Bigger problem is that they treat you like you are three-day lasagne. In one instance they actually closed the dump while my car ostensibly being washed. I guess they were giving it the overnight irrigation special. read more

Love this place! Staff is friendly and efficient. Recently went in with the worst love bug problem and they got every one off! Car looks great! Comfortable waiting area too. read more

Paid $49 for wash and express wax. Vacuum service is sub par, wash service is mediocre, express wax was done well. The only problem was that I had to send the car back to get vacuumed twice. Told the manager and she wasn't really concerned. I had to encourage her to go out and look at the subpar work that was done on my car. Even after the re vacuum we got home and found Cheerios and a lot dirt under the mats. They cleaned the mats and put them right back on top of the dirt. When car came out I had to borrow the rag and clean dirt off of the window seams. Nobody even cleaned the top of the car or door jams. Take a look at the photos. Will probably never return. read more

I got a great car wash today! New management is doing a fantastic job! Highly recommend getting a car wash here.

Horrible!!!! Paid for a hand wax and tipped well. Only to notice only half of my car was waxed....awesome!!!!

I agree with many of the other reviewers. I am consistently underwhelmed when I leave here in either one of my cars. With that said, the "outside" help (the guys who meet you when you arrive and who finish up your car have always been very friendly and professional, but "being a nice guy" doesn't make my car sparkle. Attention to detail does, and I have never been impressed with the amount or magnitude of the "details" they miss. For example, one of my vehicles is a Jeep Wrangler - not once have they opened the tail gate to wipe down the exterior of the window that is covered by the spare tire. Nor have they ever sufficiently cleaned out the areas where the front seats attach to the floor board, as if the vacuum never got near that area. The biggest issue I had with this place was last year when I took my other car there, there were at least 4 guys working on 1 vehicle with no others in the "wipe down" area. A large Tahoe or Suburban came out of the wash tunnel ahead of my car, and it sat there for several minutes - no one pulled the car up to a wipe down station. Finally, my car came down the tunnel behind it and slammed into the back of the Tahoe's trailer hitch leaving a dent in my bumper. The car bounced back on the conveyor and came forward and hit it AGAIN before anyone came out to stop the machine. I watched the whole thing. The manager was apologetic and promised restitution, however over a course of 6-8 months we still didn't have any until I threatened legal action. This was due to the owner being unwilling to speak to me directly, he would only work through the manager. (Sounds like he needs a lesson in customer service and taking accountability). We eventually took a credit for a high-end detailing, which was nice, but it didn't repair my car. We are now working our way through that credit, still receiving less than stellar results for our money after which we will be taking our vehicles else where. In fact, just yesterday we took both of our vehicles to be cleaned there...we wouldn't have left if it hadn't taken so long that we on the verge of being late for another commitment. They have a sign up that says "Clean Car Guarantee - Don't Drive It Till You Love It"...unfortunately, we didn't have that kind of time, and I'm kind of just "over it" when it comes to their results. That said, if my vehicle gets damaged again in the meantime, I will call the Sheriff and have it resolved before I leave the property. I won't tolerate another 6 month goat-rope for restitution. For what it's worth, all of the car washes in Vero Beach are MUCH better. read more

Had my car washed today. Paid for their "Big Kahuma" service. When car was ready, I found that they didn't get any of the glass clean and didn't even open the back doors to do the rear windows or anything in the rear seat area. They didn't bother to clean the kick plates and had to be told to do it.. Won't be taking the car back to this establishment. read more

Eh, I need to find a new place. I tip well and have a decent car, but seem to always leave this place unsatisfied. Their motto is "don't drive it until you love it" or something like that, but I guess my motto would be do a good job since I am a customer. I have driven off with sand in the back of my hatch, and it seems not matter what level of service I pay for I get the basic one and not really close to that (piles of un-vacuumed sand), cup holders not cleaned when paid for, dash and console never wiped down when paid for, terrible job on the wheels, a perfect line of brake dust where the surface/front of the rim stops. I actually just changed this review from two stars to one as I am remembering my experiences. read more

Don't use any of their coupons. What they do is raise the price so your net savings is really zero. Used a $10 coupon off Tsunami, regular price $29.95. If you use the coupon the price goes up to $36.95. read more

I used to go to the car wash at this location when it was "Karepro". They were good at first and then went down hill quickly, so when I stopped going I didn't pay any attention when a new company took over. Today, I went to Carpro and was really impressed. The staff was friendly from the moment I pulled up and the prices were basically the same as the other full service car washes. The waiting area is nice and they did a really fantastic job on my truck. I haven't been to a car wash that did this good of a job on any of my vehicles in a long time. I don't want to recommend it (and give away my new secret), but honestly I can't recommend it enough. This is my new car wash! Edit one year later* I hadn't been to Carpro in a few months (just letting my car get dirty) and was really concerned when I read some of the more recent reviews that this place had gone the route of so many of the car washes in the area and had let themselves slip in quality. I went to get my truck washed and also got the leather conditioner applied to my interior. I really have never had some of the experiences as some of the other and I find this business to be consistently friendly and efficient with good pricing. I haven't personally had even a slightly bad experience with them yet. read more

Not coming back. No attention to detail by the staff. Might as well go get a car wash by an automated machine. I'm not sure why it's so busy. My front and back windshield have so many areas that have not been cleaned! Also they left bird crap on the car! That's the reason why I brought my car in! To remove the sh*t! read more

Went here 2/4/14 had my car washed. It took over 20 mi urea while I waited inside. I've take out cars here for several years. The last 2 times I have not been happy. Even after pointing out the areas that weren't cleaned properly they still weren't addressed well. This business recently changed ownership. If today's car wash is any indication; it won't be around for long. There is a new competing car wash nearby, and i have been patronizing there as they do a vastly superior job. I noticed a coupon in the local paper for a free car wash at CarPro, and I figured maybe they were trying to regain some of the business they had lost to Paradise; so I figured why not give it a go. What a waste of time - the free car wash ended up costing me $25.00. I don't know what was included in the ""free car wash"" - maybe they spit on the car; but to get the rims, and the dash and console done I had to pay for the next to most expensive wash. Guess what - they never touched the console or dash; and did a horrid job on the rims as well as the rest of the vehicle. I spent a half hour when i got home -cleaning up the mess they made. Before the ownership change there would have been 25 cars running through the wash - today there were three. I guess that I am not the only one finding fault with this shoddy outfit. They used to employ some hard working young women; now they have a bunch of unkempt scraggly loud mouthed losers who spent more time clowning around then attending to business. Buy short - guaranteed they won't be around for long. read more

They outside detail job was absolutely terrible! Missed the entire roof of my Chevy Suburban and many other areas of the outside were done HAed. They got wax on much of the black plastic trim. However, they did do a good job on the inside. Took it to another detailer to fix the mess they made. read more

Asked for the perfect wave and bug remover and the car came out like they just ran water over it and wiped it off. All the bugs were still on the car when they were finished also. Asked for the bugs to be removed and I was informed that it has to be detailed to get it off. What a joke for $25. I will never go back, dont waste your money. read more

I have gone to this car wash the last ten times, and every time I'm hoping the service will be quicker. It never is and seems to be getting worse. I even waited until just before a rain storm and still it took over an hour because they had sent all their help home. They have Fox News going 24/7, so if you're one of those staunch Trump supporters that don't seem to care about truth or morals then you'll be right at home. And you'll certainly have the time here! read more

Took my 2017 black GMCDenali to get a full detail wash wax and Cleaning left for five hours to come back to the truck still been dirty dirt spots in pain completely scratched after I told them to hand wash it paid for the handwashing just to find out they ran it through the machine did not get a refund on that asked them to fix all the scratches and left it with them for another day. Got a call super early the next day tell me the truck is ready come back to take it up to still find dirty spots and water spots and compound all over the doorhandles and trim. Found a spot or they actually remove the paint and the manager argued with me. Telling me you could fix it with touch up paint but after being a autobody technician for many years I knew that was not the right way to fix it got so fed up I ended up leaving and hiring another company to come fix it. But pretty sure I am going to have to have part of my truck re-sprayed read more

My car has never been so clean! And the employees are very nice and helpful with really great customer service every time I go, I've brought my car to other places in the area and actually paid more at the other places and still didn't get the quality of service and the quality of how clean my car turns out every time. So great pricing, great service and great results I definitely recommend! :) read more

I give ZERO stars but was forced to chose 1 star to post this. I live about a half hour away & had to go back the next day because CarPro knocked the shark fin antenna off the roof of my car & they kept one of my back floor mats. No apologies received on the phone or in person, which was surprising since their staff was so friendly the day I paid $89 to get my car detailed. Additionally, one of the workers told me about several incidents where cars had been damaged at this business location. I had to waste more time & gas going back & forth to the car dealership to see if they could fix it. They couldn't - had to order another antenna & luckily they replaced it for free since they had referred CarPro to me. read more

I am still trying to figure out what I paid for, I specifically requested the wash that features the exterior and I got home and still had to clean the outside of the car.
