They've done things ranging from Dryer Vent Cleaning, to "simple" roof repairs, and even full on roof replacements. They are very transparent about their pricing (their pricing is very fair and reasonable), their work is excellent, and they're all around good folks. The office team (Mary) was a pleasure to work with for scheduling as well!

I called and asked for some additional photos of the undercarriage and they happily obliged. They also sent me the carfax report and the report of the work they did on the car to make it pass PA inspection (which is a whole lot more restrictive than NJ). In the end the negotiation was very simple and easy and I think I came away with the best deal I could in the area at the time. As of writing this review they were still moving into their new location so don't let that soil your opinion of them when you first see their offices. They are outstanding people. Obviously you need to do your research into what car your looking for but if it ends up being available at North American Auto Liquidators, you should absolutely contact them and consider their inventory.

Both Ali and Keyvon responded in quick turnaround time and were very upfront about everything. No nickel and dime-ing, as all costs were transparent from the get-go. Their team did an excellent job completing the XPEL wrap on areas I needed for my vehicle without eye-gouging costs. The team went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule, scheduling a drop-off on a Saturday and even having staff open an hour early on Thursday so I could pick up the car (thank you Sam for your time!). Keyvon updated me with emailed pictures of the entire process from start to finish and I couldn't be more happy with the time they took to update me on progress as the days went by. Another huge bonus working with this team is I had XPEL on certain portions of the car previously, this team addressed minor issues regarding that film without charging an extra fee. Great team coupled with top-notch customer service...can't ask for more than that. *pic from Acap's FB of our car all finished*

When I asked to have it tinted completely, I was told it would cost an additional $150 to fix something I never agreed to in the first place. If you want a seamless rear window tint, make sure to ask exactly how they plan to install it before leaving your car.

The original estimate was for $3800 ( which i thought was on the high side.) Well , by the time Lamon was finished, they had submitted 3 extra supplemental requests to my insurance company, and brought the new claim all the way up to $13,000! I strongly believe that they created additional work just so they could make more money. When I addressed my concerns to the sales rep, they explained that they " need to make money" and the only area that they can accomplish this goal is thru additional labor charges. When i dropped my car off, i told them that i needed to return the car as the lease was expiring. They estimated completion within 8 days. As it turned out, they had the car in for "repairs" for over 5 weeks. They even put in a last minute supplemental request to the insurance company 2 days before i was expecting to pick up the car. I was put in the uncomfortable position to have to call my insurance company to expedite this last repair approval. In essence, my car was being held hostage pending this last payment. While the quality of the work was satisfactory, the overall experience was very disturbing. I will never bring a car into Lamon in the future.

This is highly recommended as you want to protect your major investment, especially the model S and X, as they come from the California plant, which has a different regulated paint specifications! Like many people, I wanted to find a place closest to the dealership, so that there would be no paint chips on the way there. After finding AODetail, and reading all their positive reviews, and even how the owner responded to the only negative review for someone doing a last minute request on New Year's Eve, I decided to call and talk specifics with the owner, Nick. He was AWESOME from the very first conversation through the entire process! His prices were reasonable and his experience was invaluable. I had some ideas as to what I wanted and which products and we discussed pros and cons of each. On a few occasions, we discussed possible options and rather than try to make a quick buck like many do, he recommended honestly against them as they added little to no value at a higher cost. We talked about his customer service and business practices and philosophy and how it closely aligned with mine when I had my own business. He is a very friendly, patient, down to earth, and honest businessman. He is also a perfectionist, which I appreciate as I am one too! I could not be happier with the outcome, the process, the cost, the owner, the staff, the product choices, and ultimate customer service! These days it is extremely hard to find this level of customer service anymore. I wish more experiences were like this one. My Tesla purchase customer experience wasn't even close to what we received at AODetail, and we paid a lot more money for the car! I wholeheartedly recommend AODetail and Nick, and his team, for any of your needs for their services capabilities. From One Extremely Satisfied and Happy Customer
