My husband is usually a GNC guy and has a specific one he goes to but recently after being referred to by a friend we've been shopping her for our workout supplements. The cashiers are always extremely friendly and really informative, Bryan takes a really long time talking shop to the staff because they're so well versed in what they're selling, plus they have really good deals on pre-workout drinks. You can get a pack of 12 Celsius drinks for $20 and they even have the Guava Kiwi flavor, the best really. That's a really great deal, compared to that of GNC, usually the prices there are about $2.50 a pop! Be patient coming here because people do ask a lot of questions and can often times take up an associates time *cough, cough* Bryan. I find it strange that everyone is complimenting their customer service because my sister's boyfriend and I definitely didn't experience any of that here. Five or so minutes past (it felt much longer due to awkward silence) and the blonde female worker still didn't greet us while behind the counter. She was looking down and not paying attention. Moments later, she's talking to her coworker and is apparently off. Regardless of her being off at that moment or in a few minutes, customer service is key. I don't think it's hard to greet or welcome someone in. Her coworker managed to ask if we had any questions, but at that point, I already knew I didn't want to buy anything. My sister's boyfriend asked him a few questions about certain products, and the guy didn't really know much because he was reading something behind the desk to answer us. This place does have some fairly priced things, but I thought it was pretty disappointing on how they don't price match, even to products on their own website. I really enjoy coming here to pick up my husbands supplements! They are really helpful and kind! You can tell it doesn't get a lot of foot traffic, but as soon as you walk in they attend to you right away! Asking if I needed any help finding things or if I needed any suggestions. This is not the first time that this has happened, they are like this every time I come in! Which is even more helpful because I feel like any time I walk into a supplemental store I feel like a deer in the headlights and they always seem to help me find exactly what I'm looking for.
