Extremely disappointing experience. After nearly a year of…read moreunresolved issues, ignored complaints, and repeated disrespect from property management, I ultimately had to leave for the sake of my health, safety, privacy, and well-being. I reported serious concerns involving inappropriate/lewd behavior and conduct that made me feel watched and unsafe. Despite repeatedly bringing these concerns to management, I felt dismissed, unheard, and ultimately treated as though I was the problem instead of having my complaints properly addressed. After a year of trying to resolve these issues, I submitted the appropriate paperwork to vacate the property early. Leaving was not what I wanted, but I reached a point where protecting my peace, safety, and well-being had to come first. Residents deserve to be heard, respected, and feel safe in their own homes.

An absolute HORRIBLE experience and it's not over yet. First I was sold on the shared private…read moreoffices at Green Valley Ranch. The sales rep (forgot his name) told me that they ALWAYS had availability. Fast forward three weeks and they NEVER had any availability. I tried looking for just one private office in the next month, and still nothing. Eventually I started going to a different location which was not convenient at all, and then soon after I cancelled my membership. This is where the nightmare began. I was sold on a month to month plan, but after cancelling they told me it was a FIVE YEAR agreement, what? I immediately emailed support and they told me that was a mistake and they would take care of it. They charged me for an additional three months and still to this day they have not fixed it after several more emails and calls. I called American Express and disputed the last charge, and plan to do it for all the other months since I canceled too. Now they have sent me to collections for the month I disputed and was not supposed to be charged for, and STILL have not canceled my membership. This is the epitome of an unethical business that is all about selling and profits and could care less about their customers. What an absolute joke. Out of principal I will be fighting back. P.S. This is no reflection of the staff at this location, this is all about their upper management.

Jamie was professional, responsive, and great to work with throughout the closing process. She worked closely with our realtor, lender, and everyone involved behind the scenes to help make sure everything came together for closing. This closing was even more meaningful because I had just graduated with my BSN, and only days later we officially closed on our first home.
