My second Review is in response to the response from WDD. There is NO large database of community photos for Verada View. They used MY photos from Crosley Field on 2020 because the agent asked where the pool photos were, because the photographer didn't take any. And they should have. That's why ALL the photos were from my listing only. What they should have done, is gone back out and taken community photos and proceed to use them as community photos. In one of several Emails they stated they "do" have exclusive photo packages. Where ? It's NOT a choice on their site. Then she sent another email offering me other agents photos. Yep, there's fine print. And they have the right by that fine print to break our agreement from 4-5 years ago. The bottom line is my listing from 2020 has now provided them with their community package at my expense. Their lack of understanding how and why this impacts me as a business owner is baffling. read more
