We called to make sure funds were available. They attempted to remove the funds and were not able to on 7/1 (mortgage is due on the 6th) instead of going back in there to recollect they did not. They not only didn't do that they didn't inform us if there was an issue and stated everything was fine after calling to their automated service 3x and finally getting a response from a live person. LoanDepot ended up taking us off automatic withdrawal. We told them this was their fault and to correct are credit report and for some reason even after showing PROOF they declined are request. Needless to say we will be done with this company as they are very unprofessional and corrupt with their proceedings. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

WTF? Am I supposed to go back in time? Loan Depot said that if I did not have flood insurance by the 16th they would add a flood insurance policy to my existing homeowners policy. And I am not even in a local, state, or federally designated flood plain! Very rude and in your face letter. Suffice it to say I did scramble to get flood insurance and have it now but their attitude and customer service sucks.
