Took 3 days to drive down, had all our belongings sent ahead, arrived at walk through one hour before closing and the nightmare began. Got a call and they needed much more paperwork than we were told or asked for before we left our home state. Had to spend the next 4 nights in hotels while trying to access information without any computer, sometimes sending the same info multiple times. Finally closed 10 days later and today they let us know they needed more info for them to "sell" the loan to an investor. Would not recommend them to anyone, poor communication during the process, very stressful!!
