The factory where these clothes are made is a sweat shop. It is a hostile working environment where the employees are over-worked and treated badly by the bullying management, who constantly put them under extreme pressure by aggressively ordering them to work faster beyond the point where it is physically impossibe to do, whilst constantly being threatened with job loss. These employees have to endure this extreme pressure and ill-treatment for the bare minimum slave labour wage. The factory has a high turn over of staff due to the fact that the bullying management keep dismissing people for not meeting the physically impossible demands. Overtime is not compulsary, but they force their staff to do overtime because of the ridiculous short times they give them to get the orders out. If they refuse to do overtime they are dismissed. They are constantly bullied over lack of quality when they are being rushed to meet the ridiculously tight deadlines. Working in an extremely stressful and hostile environment, and under an aggressive managment, who threaten the staff with job loss and rush them to get the orders done on time is bound to lead to mistakes. When the staff make mistakes and the orders come back for repair, they are forced to repair them in their own time without pay as punishment, and under threats of job loss. This factory is like a modern day nazi labour camp run by bullying, greedy, selfish millionaires who have no empathy, compassion or care for their employees who they treat like robotic slaves, and let them struggle to survive on the measley pittance of a wage they pay them so that they can enjoy their luxury lifestyles. This needs to be exposed. Customers need to know the realities of this company. Ruthless greedy selfish parasites they are. Just take this into account when you rich folk are stood at the till with your credit cards in your hands waiting to purchase these expensive clothing. Just think what you are really paying for. They are getting richer and richer by making people poor, making them suffer, making them struggle, and you are contributing to it. read more
