purchased 4 new cooper tires last aug 2012/have always taken in for rotation or anything that would…read moreever come up, we know nothing about tire..last week 122612 tire looked low, so we took in and they put air in it..did not take it off or really ck it out. one week later still looked funny , took it back in 010213 mgr named tim stated we needed a new tire, he refused to even put old one back on to drive to another dealer to ck rim, he said it was the rim, but they do not work on rims, so without cking it how would he really now. we were stuck with purchasing another new cooper tire, of course we called cooper today and made a complaint, also called tim back trying to get the owners name he refused and said everything goes thru him. we are writing a letter addressed to owner of 123 tire co 901 s main st cornelia, ga 30531 ph 706 778-9945 we cannot get the old tire back to give to cooper,, by the way ..on 010313 took car to a dealer in gainesville with 50 yrs exp who does work on rims and stated nothing wrong with rim. someone just wanted to sell you another new tire. we will not use this business again...bad lesson...please do not use them. dennis israel 616b lakeview hgts cir cornelia, ga 30531

They do stay busy so that says something. Although I initially tried using their online quote request and no one ever called me, so I don't think that's working.
